Description of Work: I paid to have my entire plumbing system inspected. The guy looked around and gave advice. But a week later, I found a clog in my kitchen sink that will require a camera. He didn't catch that. I wish he did a more thorough inspection for the money I paid him.

[Member Name Removed], Thank you for the review. I looked into the service that we performed 3-21-16 and found that we did a plumbing inspection and flushed the water heater. I have inquired with Angie's List for the information regarding your purchase of a home inspection and water heater flush, I am waiting for their response but our records show that we did not receive any payment from you at the time of the inspection. Angie's List systems recently changed and I do not have any records showing the purchase. Our technician was out, performed the plumbing inspection and water heater flush, unfortunately, no one can predict a future clog in any plumbing system. If you have questions or concerns about what is included in the plumbing inspection and water heater flush, please let us know at 317-881-7738.

Description of Work: Through a home inpsection leading to the sale of our home a small leak was discovered in an obscure place in the crawlspace. A quick call to Johnsons connected us to Kellie Plumbing. The next day a Kellie Plumber arrived and promptly diagnoise the issue and fixed it. Their promptness and effciency did not slow the sale of our home one second. Johnson's phone staff was courteous and helpful and promptly put us in touch with the person who fixed our issue. I highly recommend both Johnson and their affiliate Kellie plumbing.

Description of Work: Johnson Heating & Cooling performed a routine air conditioning check. They called and said they could come several hours early, due to a cancellation, and that worked out fine. The technician was polite and wore shoe covers in our home. He made sure to check with me before opening the gate, because we have a dog. He has had the same kind of dog, and pointed out that we may need to change our filter a little more often because of the shedding. I was very pleased with the service we received.
