It was very cold and the blower had to be replaced in the furnace. Response to my call was great and work performed to my expectations. The amount of the bill was higher than I had anticipated.

They were good, professional. They cleaned up their mess. They weren't the cheapest but were the best value considering warranty, overall price and proximity to my home.

They were very good. They were punctual, quick. The workmanship was very professional and I've never had a problem since. I would recommend them to others and in fact my father-in-law is just about to use them to. I called around to about 7 places and I liked them the best. The way they priced it out.

Great job, no complaints. Will definitely use them again for furnace and A/C maintenance and repair.

He is very professional and clean. He used footies before he came in the house. He was very honest and didn't push anything.

Did most of our communicating by phone. Heidi, their receptionist was great. Returned calls within minutes. Employees Rick and Jay were extremely professional, polite and dressed in uniforms. They cleaned up after themselves. Completed their work earlier than expected. The job was exceptional. They even replaced two breakers with one. Amazingly the project came in UNDER budget. Even though I kept the old furnace they disconnected everything so it could be easily removed. I would recommend these people to anyone. I have an issue with the price of Heating and A/C, however, their estimate was in line with all others.

David arrived on time and gave excellent service. He was also very courteous. We have used this company for over 30 years and they have been great. They are very honest and they back their work. We have always recommended them to our friends, but now that we're Angie's List members, we can write this report to let everyone know.

We made an appointment for five o'clock they never showed so we called them and they said they would be here in 15 minutes. We called again 50 minutes after the appointment time and told them we were leaving and not to bother. Never heard from them at all.

I HAD INITIALLY SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON, THEY CALLED ME BACK AND GOT SOMEONE OUT RIGHT AWAY (ON MONDAY). HE WORKED QUICKLY, DID A GOOD JOB. HE TOLD ME THE COST UP FRONT BEFORE DOING ANY WORK. THEIR STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL & HELPFUL; THEY ARE PERFECT!!

THEY ARE TRULY HONEST AND DON''T CHARGE FOR THINGS THAT YOU DON''T NEED. WE WERE SCREWED OVER BY (ANOTHER COMPANY). JOHNSON HEATING AND COOLING CAME OUT AND FIXED WHAT WAS REALLY WRONG. BOTH TIMES WE HAD THE OWNER COME OUT, ONCE WAS AFTER HOURS. FEES ARE VERY REASONABLE AND YOU GET HONEST SERVICE WHICH I THINK IS SOMETHING HARD TO COME BY IN THIS BUSINESS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND I WOULD NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE.

THEY WERE FAST, LESS EXPENSIVE, COURTEOUS AND. THE SERVICE WAS FASTER THAN ANOTHER COMPANY WE HAVE USED BEFORE. THEY ALSO HAD TO ORDER THE UNIT. UNTIL THE NEW UNIT ARRIVED THEY RIGGED A TEMPORARY FIX FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE. IT WAS AS LONG AS A WEEKEND BEFORE THE NEW UNIT WAS INSTALLED. SO WE DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT LONG.
