I didn't think it went very well. They didn't measure right on the duct work so they had to make adjustments. Their timing and charging wasn't right. They had a lot of different things that they did wrong. They had to stop because they hadn't gotten the right people that were supposed to come into our house in the right order so they couldn't do it when they said they were going to.

It was excellent. They responded very quickly to my call and were very accomodating. They even brought portable heaters to warm the house until the furnace was installed.

The compressor on our old a/c went out during the hottest stretch of summer. Temps were in the 90's and it was terribly uncomfortable in our home. Due to Johnson being unable to meet us for an estimate for several days and them wanting to have the opportunity to bid on the job, they graciously loaned us 2 portable air conditioner units. This definitely helped get us through this miserably hot time. The estimate came in lower than any other companies, $2,000 lower than another companies for the exact same products. After the estimate, it took about another week for them to find time to install, however they let us keep the ac units during this time. Installation was thorough and completed in one day. We did have a problem with a defective humidifier pump which they had installed and called them on a weekend. They diagnosed the problem over the phone, however they did not come and fix it until Monday, which was disappointing due to it being so hot in our home. They did install a new one at no charge. After this, the a/c worked great the rest of the summer, and our furnace has worked perfectly this cold winter. While they were slow getting to us for the estimate, installation and the repairing of the humidifier pump, I feel the quality of work overshadowed this. I believe they did attempt to compensate for this with the loaning of the portable a/c units. I would definitely hire again.

They are very prompt. If there is a problem or if I call, they always send somebody down. They were very helpful. I've used them for about 15 years for repairs. Their service people are very courteous and receptive to explaining things to me as an older person and I appreciate that. They are very responsive and professional.

Last Friday, the 17th, they advised us that they had a cancellation and would be able to schedule us earlier. When they came to inspect the furnace, they found that there was a huge crack. The furnace had to be immediately shut-off due to the risk of carbon monoxide. Within an hour of shutting down the furnace, they brought 3 space heaters to keep our house warm. They set-up the heaters and adjusted them for us, which I was appreciative of. Shortly after, late in the day, the owner of the company came-out to advise us about a new furnace. The very next day, the new furnace was installed. I was very thankful for them taking such great care of us.

The people were there on time, worked diligently all day, and cleaned up. They provided an excellent service and the installers were excellent.

This is the second time I've used Johnson. The first time our air conditioner went out during some of the hottest days, our usual company told us they'd be out in 2 hours and we never saw them. I found Johnson on Angie's list and called. EXCELLENT! On-time, and it took 10 minutes to fix! Estimate was right on target, timely and very professional both times. Thank you Johnson!

I was impressed with all their staff - sales, office and installation. They promptly returned calls, answered questions and I felt, were honest with me. They actually said my air ducts DIDN'T need to be cleaned. A sales person not selling me something I don't need - unreal. They weren't the cheapest quote I received but I felt good about all the service overall - highly recommend.

I had waited almost three days for the work when they canceled. I feel like they should have tried to help me out by getting another company to come by to do the work.

Air conditioner quit working during extremely hot and humid weather. Called early on a Monday morning and was informed that a technician could be at my home by noon. I was phoned 30 minutes prior to technician's arrival at my home so I was able to leave work and be home in time for his arrival. Technician diagnosed the problem and explained thoroughly what was needed to fix it and how much it would cost. He replaced the secondary circuit board and my air conditioner was up and running in a very short amount of time. Both the individual in the office that set up the appointment and the technician that handled the repair were extremely courteous and professional. I was very pleased with the service provided and will definitely use Johnson's for my future HVAC needs.

The estimator did a thorough job and examined more of the system than did the competition. We discussed options and pricing and selected the desired unit. The workers came when scheduled and took very good care of the house as they removed the old air conditioner and elements and installed a new unit, along with a new thermostat and electrical breakers. The workmanship was first class all the way. I'm very pleased with the whole thing.

They're very honest and don't try to sell you what you don't need. They're just an honest, "what's right" company. I've been using them for 10 years.

They disposed off our old water heater. They did a great job. They were professional. They kept everything clean. They didn't explain to us how the heater worked.

Rick and Tim arrived on time and worked diligently for 6 1/2 hours to complete the installation.

The representative came to our home and provided an estimate. He offered first to check our ducts to make certain an obstruction wasn't causing us an issue, but we wanted to purchase a new furnace. So, Johnson was willing to forgo business now to get our business later. They showed up when they said they would, were very efficient, and had the install completed in less time than expected. The unit is working perfectly.

We liked the quality of their work as well as their product, but we had a big problem with the salesman. I wouldn't use the company again because of the salesman. The company itself was good. He told us things and he changed whatever he told us during his next visit. He also didn't follow up on several things and wasn't very honest with us. He wasn't really bad too. The crew that came was pretty punctual.

2 Workers came on time, worked efficiently all day, got job done in one day. Had to reconfigure a flue pipe- required extra work. Very mannerly and pleasant workers.

They did excellent job for me. We checked about 8 different companies and they were by far the best. We highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

I found them on Angie's List about two years ago. Everything has gone really well. I have nothing to complain about with them.

Not well. We could not get the sales representative to come back and install the HVAC system.
