Description of Work: Installed metal roofing over existing roof, materials look very nice however the install crew seemed rushed and not concerned about quality of the job. I've them back out twice for different leaks, the way the valleys were finished they trap leaves and debris terribly causing backup (never had that problem with asphalt shingles before) and the roof is too steep and slippery for me to clean them out. I have to say both times the services techs that came out seemed like they did care about service and fixing the problem , unlike the install crew. Overall the roof looks great though a bit pricey, I only wish I had confidence in the installation. Also getting them to return calls to set up repairs is absolutely awful.

Description of Work: Called to have someone come take a look at the roof seam raising up,, well one ever came out like they said they would...so you get no after purchase customer service.
