The work seemed to be done well and roof is beautiful but part of the front porch panel feel off a year later and there is a big dent (could be ice damage) in one section of my sunroom.

The underlayment istalled wasn't what was discussed at interview. Size of metal exsposure was susposed to be 16" and it was 18". The underlayment isn't made for metal roofing. Esisting flashing was to be removed and it wasn't l am a union sheet metal worker and expected the premium material I asked for and will not put any metal on improper material.

We researched many roofing products & several local roofing companies before deciding upon Cornett. Their HD powdered-coated metal shakes were our first choice for looks & also offered best quality of materials & warranty, even their "standard" 5V was a better quality than what others were selling. It took about 2 wks to schedule the quote apparently due to the amount of roof damage from recent local storms. Our project was started in a timely manner about 2 wks after signing the contract & took 3 days to complete all 3 buildings. The office & crew were very polite. The crew kept the jobsite tidy & worked long days. There were some hiccups along the way & we feel that inter-departmental communication could be improved upon. Most of the crew was ESL so perhaps there was a language barrier involved, too. In addition, there was an incident of what seemed like poor planning based on the weather forecast while finishing other parts of the roof rather than the part on the house that was still open requiring tarps overnight. All that being said, once our concerns were relayed to the proper person, the issues were addressed & resolved in a very timely manner. A couple of issues also popped up soon after the job was completed & we were pleasantly surprised that those were also promptly resolved. The only issue that we are still not quite sure of is if the crew was actually Cornett employees or subbed. We specifically asked if they were subs during the quote & we also asked the spokesman for the crew & were told they "work for Cornett". What is strange is that there was a miscommunication or misunderstanding about removing gutters for the roof installation & the crew asked if they were going to replace the gutters, too. However, at the time of the quote, we were told that there wasn't room to negotiate the gutter quote because that was subbed out. Based on that info, a reasonable conclusion is that if the same crew that installed the roof was also going to install gutters then they would appear to be subs. We suspect that the "crew leader" is an employee of Cornett so technically that is why we were told they do not use subs. As it turned out, even if they were subs, they did a good job, which was our concern about using subs in the first place, but we would have liked more transparency in the details. We absolutely love the look of our new roofs, esp the shakes, & have had several compliments on our "new house". Most importantly, we have had several rainstorms over the last month & there has been no sign of leaks & we can expect no shingle damage for the next 50 yrs. We highly recommend Cornett.

Initial tear-off of old roof was done well. Clean-up was well done. New installation went well. Roof is 12' x 24' and was done completely in two days.

They were absolutely awesome. The crew was fantastic and hardworking. They were meticulous including cleaning up absolutely everything in the yard. We would give them an A+. It was a little pricey. We would recommend them to anyone.

While they replaced the chimney flashing, they initially sent a crew to replace the gutter section who did very poor work. Cornett agreed and sent a new crew to replace the gutter section. This took several weeks. Then, Cornett never fixed the hole in the roof, even though they were paid in full for the work and the work was clearly described in the contract. When I called to ask them to repair the hole, visible from my yard they refused to come back out, saying the work had already been performed. When I sent a photo of the hole that had not been repaired, they refused to do the work saying that a different hole had been repaired (they never identified whatever hole they were talking about.) The entire job took months, with many calls back and forth, when it should have taken a week. I was very clear about my dissatisfaction with the work, the amount of time it took to interface with the company, the poor quality of the work performed, the work left unperformed, and the overall experience, so this review will not be a surprise.

The work started on schedule and the crew came daily and spent all day each time. The job was tough for them in that we have three gables protruding from the roof on the third floor, and the outsides of the gables are rounded. This required a lot of precise metal work, molded to fit over the gables' round part and sealed properly along the borders of the sloping roof and around the windows. The crew worked long hours, meticulously to get it right -- for example, to allow proper water drainage along the back and sides of the gables -- and it seems that they did get it right. Also, our carport required nice handiwork with the metal. All told, with the last part of the project being asphalt re-roofing, the work crew was here for more than week. I should add that our previous asphalt roofing was damaged over at least two hailstorms, so we were helped by home insurance. In fact, after the insurance company offered its initial settlement, the Metal Pro Roofing salesman phoned the insurance adjuster to point out damage that he had missed. The insurance company increased the settlement substantially. IF there had been no hail damage and insurance payout, we would not have been at a time when the roofing needed replacement. And when that time had come, I can't say 100 percent that we would have been ready to invest the amount that this job cost. That being said, we really like the results and were fully happy with Metal Pro. Our house seems better-insulated with the new roof (the metal was installed over the existing roof). And hopefully, we won't have to worry about our roof ever again.

I have been pleased with their services. The staff is quick to respond to your questions. They are pretty punctual and the staff does good work. At one point we had some issues with the roof. The company made a trip out to take a look to see if the damage would be covered under our insurance. I really appreciated the extra effort. I thought they were very easy to schedule with.

The service went wonderfully. A crew of 5 came out and completed the job in about 1 week. They did a very good job and were great with the cleanup after the service. I have no complaints at all and the roof looks great. I would definitely use the company again. I had no problem whatsoever scheduling service. They even coordinated with carpenters who were out. Their pricing was competitive.

The service went very well. I had several other companies come out who could not repair the roof correctly. 3-4 technicians came out and completed the job in 1 day. I had little interaction with the staff but they did a good job. I had no problem scheduling the service.

When they installed the roof it was near a holiday. We had left during the service. When we came home water had been pouring into the house. We ended up with a lot of water damage on the interior of our house and it has not been the same since. The roof looks nice on the outside. We did find hammers, nails and other debris on the yard after the service. We have kids and dogs so that was very dangerous. We also found that they were in the gutters and drains and found several nails. One of the workers fell through the ceiling why they were working. We had to hire another company to repair their errors. We also had mildew issues after the job and had to hire someone out for that as well. Every wall in the back side of the house on the upper level was affected. I am not happy with what they did at all and they have cost of a lot of additional fees. I would not recommend this company to others.

We have had so many problems with them from the get go. Their service was bad and the pricing was high. The workmanship was poor. One of the guys who worked on the roof had recently fallen off a different roof before coming out to do our roof. I called them recently to repair a leak in the roof. I am not positive the leak was even repaired. They are bad at making appointments as scheduled. They are very slow to respond and are terrible at calling me back. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The service did not go very well. The repair was supposed to last 2 years, but the first time it rained the roof leaked. I feel like if I would have babysat them the entire job they may have done it right. I thought they were professionals and that should not have had to be necessary. The staff did on install the roof correctly. They thought they issues were because of the materials used, but the issue was with the workmanship. They ended up having to come out 3 times and never solved the issue. They cause interior and exterior damage to my home, as well. I should have sued the company for what they did.

They did a fantastic job. The company was wonderful to work with. They were very nice and helpful. You could tell they enjoy their work and are very knowledgeable. They kept us up to date and informed on the project while it was going on. I would definitely use the company again. About 2-4 technicians put the roof on and completed the job in about a few days. We were not home for most of the service. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service. There was one little hiccup during the project but they came out right away to resolve the issue.

Their services have gone very well. I really like the roof they put on. It did take a while to get them scheduled out for the service because they are not a local company. Once they did come out they worked very hard. A crew of about 6 came out and completed the job in 3 about days. They had do re do the roof supports and re do the slope in the roof. It was a very difficult job. The staff was very knowledgeable and happy to work with me. They were very helpful in getting the paper work pushed through for the historic board of the community I live in.

I was very happy with the roofing job they did. I was not pleased with the siding job, however. It was not well done and I think they should stick to roofing. Anything that was difficult or unusual they had difficulty with. A large crew came out for the siding. The staff was considerate and the crew was very hard working. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling their services. I would not use the company again because of the issues with the siding.

We like the look of our roof but we were disappointed with the service. The roof ended up leaking into our kitchen and they left a lot of mess (cigarette butts and trash) in our yard. They did come back out and fix the roof around the vent. For some reason, the account is under my husband's name even though I wrote all the checks and had the dealings with the company.

The roof was installed in January 2013 in miserable weather. The crew was great and worked long hours., however management gave them a deadline that was unrealistic considering the scope of the work and the weather. The roof developed a couple small leaks which were addressed. In the winter of 2014 the roof developed a ridge line leak in a 16 ft foot high cathedral ceiling. I understood that the weather had to improve before repairs could be made. It was hard to get them out to do the the repair - my e-mails went unanswered ( was told they went to spam) and finally I had to blow my top to get some action. The leak was due to improper installation, so I asked for them to pay for re-painting the ceiling. After much discussion, they agreed on a certain amount. It has been 7 weeks since I turned in the invoice for the painting and finally after many e-mails and phone calls I was told they would send out a check today ( June 16, 2014). It has been EXHAUSTING dealing with this company. Buyers BEWARE: I was told by management that the contract stated that they are not liable for damage from leaks. I feel that a $32,000 roof should NOT leak and if the roof leaks because of their IMPROPER INSTALLATION they should take responsibility for it and the damaged it caused. Because of this, I question this company's integrity. P.S I have still NOTreceived the promised check. I have an e-mail dated April 22, 2014 stating that Metal Pro would compensate me $370 for painting. I was told by Amanda Moore on June 16, 2014 that they would be sending a check out - in fact she even gave me the check number. A week later, I still had not received the check, so on June 23, 2014 I called and asked Amanda Moore what date the check had been sent out. She was very evasive. I don't think I will ever receive the promised compensation for damage . I regret doing business Metal Pro/ Cornett Roofing.

They specialize in metal roofing. They gave us an estimate but we're probably not gonna go with them 'cause it's very expensive for the roofing. They were substantially higher. My interaction with them was very good. They were very professional. He did an excellent job in what he said he'd do. If someone was looking for that type of roof and wanted to get a quote, I would recommend them.

1st day showed up Cut most of the metal for the roof .2nd day Worked 8am to after 5pm.3rd day worked about 9am to after 7pm. 4th day worked from 8:30 till the job was finished. Upon my inspection the next day I notice thay put a seem in one of the panels on the front of the house ,called and asked them about it an thay agreed to replace it . After the snow had melted thay came back and replaced the panel and did there final cleanup . Note it snowed off and on all 4 days thay were here.

they arrive 90 days later than scheduled, and now had to remove 3" of snow from the roof. It leaked into our living room, dining,and kitchen areas causing @ 15 stains throughout. The roofing was nailed on with 2" screws which also penetrated visibly showing within these same areas.( even thogh we yelled to the workers ,they persisted). It was understandably difficult to do precision work in the cold and with gloves, and with only basic tools, basic tools. We also have those same 2" screws that had penetrated our living quarters, all along our soofits, still visible to this day... which will make it very difficult to paint later. After the crew left, we still acquired leakes at the (2) chimneys (photos and video) which they came back and fixed with caulk ( note: the metal has a lot longer life than the caulk does, so we should have more leaks in @ 5years).

Very satisfied with their work. They were very professional and completed all work issues. Price was very satisfactory.
