Two years ago, we received damage from the Good Friday hail storm. The roof on our house and a detached garage were damaged. The house roof was regular asphalt shingles, but the garage roof was concrete tiles. That's right CONCRETE tiles. Originally the insurance company tried to "short change" on us the garage roof. Cornett worked with us and the insurance company to help us maximize the amount of money for our claim. Because we had other work going on, Cornett was very flexible with our schedule. Once the date was set to begin work, the crew was on time every day and was very respectful of our flowers and garden area. They covered up items inside our garage to make it easier to clean up later. The supervisor met with us nearly every day to verify all work was being done to our satisfaction. We made some unique requests and Cornett came though every time. We have an old house and have had many experiences with contractors, both good and bad. Cornett is definitely one of the best we have worked with. They were both courteous and professional, and they put CUSTOMER SATISFACTION at the top of the list. Besides the excellent finished product, the biggest thing that stands out with Cornett was communicating with us in a timely manner and keeping us informed in all aspects of the job.

The new roof looks great and works great, the company was wonderful to work. They installed a metal roof, which looks like tile. The old roof that was removed had asbestos issues to be dealt with and they handled that appropriately. They worked hard and the roof looks very nice. They even sent inspectors after the fact to check the quality of the installation. I liked that. We get compliments from neighbors.

One of the worst services I have ever used.

At the beginning there was poor communication because no one spoke English on site. I finally demanded someone that spoke English. There is poor direction on who is in charge. They had to replace lots of the roof. They had to tear-off the whole back of the roof and re-do it because they said the color was wrong but it was because it was sticking up. I called him today to resolving the issue. He will remove any fees with the lean charge after it is paid in full. His crew will schedule an appointment to try to resolve the issue.

The job was done in a very professional manner. Ruben, Hugo, and the entire crew were great despite the very hot weather. The roof now looks great. The yard was cleaned up every day before the crew departed. They are welcome back in the future.

Rarely would one find a better experience with a contractor that I had.

They are extremely professional and they did a wonderful job on the cleanup. They are very responsive because I had to go back and forth between them and the insurance company. They swept the yard, I could barely tell they had been here. It is so beautiful.

Estimator came May 10 and talked about great work and company success. Said I would receive a quote in a few days. May 18 no quote in mail, called and inquired had not gotten quote. Mr Cornett said it was mailed but he would fax quote. Was faxed a quote of $10,468. Reviewed and called twice with questions about quote and specifications. Never received a call back in eight days.

He was very creative in giving us suggestions, he went above and beyond to find a product that would suit us as well as not streak. He had to prepare it at his shop and get it ready. He and his crew were an absolute joy to work with. All workers are in uniform and do not smoke, he also drug tests them. I wasn't excited about spending $100,000+ dollars, but this company was well worth it. I was so overwhelmed with this company that the last day of the job I bought the whole crew lunch out of appreciation. This guy could write a book on customer service.

INITIALLY, CHAN WAS VERY POLITE, BUT MY EXPERIENCE RAPIDLY DEGRADED. VERY RARELY CALLED BACK, AND ONLY AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS. SEEMED OVERWHELMED AND POORLY ORGANIZED. CLEARLY THEY MUST NOT NEED THE BUSINESS. AND THEY NEVER WILL GET A CHANCE FROM ME AGAIN.

THE ROOF LEAKS AND I HAD A TWO YEAR WARRANTY FOR THE WORKMANSHIP. THEY HAVE BEEN OUT SIX TIMES TO TRY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES. I AM CONTINUING TO HAVE ISSUES AND HE SAID THAT HE IS FINISHED WITH THIS WORK AND WALKED OFF THE JOB. THE OWNER SAID THAT HE WOULD BE ON THE SITE, BUT HE WAS ONLY HERE FOR ABOUT 3 OR 4 DAYS OUT OF A MONTH. THE SALES REP FOR THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PRODUCT WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. THINGS THAT WERE NOT COMPLETED PROPERLY. THINGS THAT I DIDN'T EVEN NOTICE. I NOW HAVE TO HAVE ANOTHER ROOFER COME AND FIX MY ROOF, SO I CAN GET MY FIFTY YEAR WARRANTY THROUGH THE MANUFACTURER.

WE HAD SOME DIFFICULTY LOCATING A ROOFER WHO WOULD LOOK AT OUR REPAIR NEEDS DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE BARN HAS A METAL ROOF. WE WERE ABLE TO LOCATE 2 COMPANIES WILLING TO DO THE WORK. MR. CORNETT WAS POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. WITHIN 2 DAYS OF OUR INITIAL PHONE CONVERSATION, HE HAD INSPECTED OUR REPAIR PROBLEM AND SENT US A CONTRACT, WITH A QUOTED PRICE FOR THE JOB THAT WAS WELL BELOW OUR OTHER BID. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED SHORTLY THEREAFTER. THE WORKMEN WERE COURTEOUS AND DILIGENT AND WE WERE WELL SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THEY PERFORMED.

THIS IS THE THIRD TIME WE HAVE USED THEM. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. THEY DID QUALITY WORKMANSHIP. THEY CAME BACK TO REPLACE SOME SHINGLES THEY HAD REPLACED TO FIX A LEAK BECAUSE IT DID NOT MATCH. I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT WAS THEIR FAULT. THIS WAS SOMETHING THAT I DID NOT ASK THEM TO DO, THEY JUST VOLUNTEERED TO DO IT. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT HELPFUL. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY GOOD AFTER COMPLETION OF THE SALE. THEY ARE VERY GOOD ABOUT EXPLAINING HOW AND WHY THEY DO THE THINGS THEY DO. THE PERSON THAT ANSWERED OUR QUESTIONS AND MANAGED OUR JOB WAS JUSTIN.

THEY DID NOT HONOR THEIR CONTRACT AND WALKED OFF THE JOB.

THEY DID DAMAGE TO OUR DRIVEWAY. BUT THEY WERE WILLING TO WORK THINGS OUT.
