My thermostat quit working overnite, got on line and found Bill Miller on Angie's List. He was close to me and had very good reviews. Called him and he was on a job, and asked if he could call back. ok. He called back shortly and told him my problem. Thermostata quit and I'm going out of towm in the morning and could help? He said the nest day would have been better, but could take care of me right after lunch. GREAT. He said 12:30 and got here 10 minutes early. Changed out the thermostat and it looks great. Bill is a very clean, helpfull, courtious professional. MILLER'S is my new heating and air contractor.

For several years Bill has provided excellent service for our furnace and air conditioning system. He is prompt, very reliable and efficient. He was flexible in scheduling the appointments and always calls to remind me of the twice a year visits. I pay $285 for annual maintenance. I would highly recommend him.

Bill was out to my house within 1 hour of my phone call. He serviced the heating unit and made suggestions on the best way to keep the heater running properly. Bill was a few minutes early. He provided service on a holiday and adjusted his schedule to mine. He was pleasant and provided advice and tips regarding maintenance and care of the heating and cooling system. His price was reasonable.

This was a repair done through my home warranty. They sent Bill Miller Heating and Cooling. Bill came out quickly after we called our warranty company. He asked us what we were experiencing. We explained that our unit was still blowing air but it was not cold. He opened the unit and diagnosed that the part that starts the compressor was not working and replaced it. He also sprayed out the unit to remove dust that was blocking the units ability to efficiently cool. He was here less than an hour and we had cool air. If this had not been a warranty repair it would have cost ~$350, although we only had to pay our $75 deductable.

Would definitely call Bill if we ever needed future service.

My air conditioner was leaking in my basement from where the evaporator coil was located. I had a local well-known company come in to diagnose the problem.....twice....(the first time I was told there was nothing wrong and that I needed to just seal the air leaks better to prevent condensation.....the second time I was told I need an entire new coil for almost $1400). Bill Miller was not only on time, but early, and wasted no time in diagnosing what turned out to be a relatively minor issue overall. He never tried to push me into buying something I didn't need. He also went above and beyond by adjusting another drain that was attached to the furnace that was angled incorrectly, preventing water from the furnace to fully drain and potentially saving damage to the year-old furnace. He was honest, thorough, and cleaned up afterwards and left me with peace of mind and a much fuller wallet than I was anticipating.

Preliminary diagnosis was a faulty gas valve, but Bill then thought more deeply and asked, "is the gas on?" Sure enough, during the owner's absence, the gas company had shut off the gas. I paid Bill to do the equivalent of "the annual clean" so the burners would be fine once we got the gas back on.
