Overall, the service went very well. Pam is a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable, so she can answer any questions you have. We received a call the day before that someone would be coming out and the only negative was that they were unable to give us an approximate time. They could not say if it would be morning or afternoon at least. We we called Pam that morning to see if they had an idea of when they might stop by and she replied that it would be in about an hour and sure enough they were there. This helped us to know when to be at home and we appreciated that. We are definitely using their service again this year.

A year after we moved into our home our lawn looked HORRIBLE. I found the nicest neighbor's lawn and asked who they used. They always used Green-Scene. Robert came out and assessed our lawn, and after a few applications our lawn did a complete 180. We have used them for our 1/2 acre lot for over 3 seasons now and they do a great job. They are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. You don't have random teenagers spreading fertilizer at will on your lawn and they let you know when you have trouble spots in your lawn. Several more of our neighbors have switched to Green-scene and their lawns look great as well.

This company was recommended to me, and now I recommend them to others. The owner, Robert, is truly passionate about his work, and it shows! He talked to me at length (over an hour) before beginning any work because he loves to share information and answer questions, and each lawn is evaluated individually. Our yard was nice to begin with, but we knew it could be better, and under Green Scene's care it looks better than ever. Their website is very informative and provides countless articles and troubleshooting guides. They also offer an email alert system to make us aware of seasonal/regional lawn problems as they arise in our area. On the one occasion that an error happened (our lawn was accidentally fertilized twice in one week), they were very responsive and apologetic, and we were compensated fairly for the extra mowings that would be required due to fast and excessive growth. We are very pleased with the service and quality and will continue as regular customers.

Nice company to work with. Seem a bit pricey, though I haven't compared recently. Stubborn issues are not really addressed (creeping Charlie) and crabgrass is a bit more pervasive than it seems it should be. Questions are thoroughly answered. As requested, they call before they treat the yard so that we can pick up children's and dog's toys from the yard.

I have a very large yard and I was having trouble controlling the weeds. We tried another company last year instead of Green scene but, this year we decided to try them because of the price and services they offered. Overall, this was the best my lawn ever looked. A whole summer without weeds!

They're very knowledgeable and they have a good email alert system where if there are environmental conditions in your area they will warn you how to protect your yard. They are very professional and very responsive.

We called Green Scene for an estimate and did have to wait several weeks for them to come out. We had to wait because Green Scene does a lawn/soil evaluation for every lawn that they give an estimate to. Our wait was well WORTH it. Robert came out and spent about two hours evaluating our lawn and explaining it to us. We were blown away with his knowledge. He did give us a discount for waiting for his services. After agreeing to a plan of action, his crew was out within a few days to treat our lawn. We are so impressed with Robert and will refer him to friends.

Very professional. During evaluation of our lawn, they treated areas that had disease so that they didn't get any worse, at no charge. Regularly scheduled treatment happened a couple of weeks later and the lawn looks great!

My lawn was in horrible shape after last year's weather and since I'm trying to sell my house I was desperate for help. The folks at Green-Scene are great to work with and will tailor the program to fit the needs of each specific lawn and the needs/wishes of the home owner. They promote building healthy lawns for the long term instead of quick, costly, fixes that won't last or are hard to keep up. They also are conscientious of environmental concerns. My lawn now looks so much better and healthier. I am very pleased with their work.

They are very helpful. You can talk over the phone with them about your problems and they are good at solving these problems.

Pam, Robert and Mark have been wonderful to work with. We currently have 2 homes, the one we wish to move to soon and another one that is for sale. To keep the ''for sale'' house looking attractive, we had them apply Lawn Fertilization and Vegetation Control around the bushes. It has been a blessing not worring about keeping up with the weeds at this home. They are also helping us spruce up the ''new house's'' lawn. We ordered the works over there. It is looking beautiful. Thanks Pam, Robert and Mark for helping us out. Both yards look spectacular!!

Took yard from all weeds to one of the best lawns on the block. Very knowledgeable with profession and no shortage of advice. Excellent service and prompt servicing. Over communicates at times.(hard to find!) Definitely recommend!

Green-Scene is an excellent lawn care service, they cater their treatment to your lawn. More importantly, they are more affordable than other lawn fertilization and treatment companies.

We never actually met the representative. We called on a Wednesday morning and received an estimate that evening in our mailbox. We spoke with the representative on Thursday evening and he applied the treatment that Friday. Very prompt and professional service.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND VERY POLITE TO ME. SO FAR THEY ARE DOING EXCELLENTLY. I HAVE BEEN SEEING GREAT RESULTS.

So far I am pleased with the level of service provided. Their prices were actually a little better than the other estimates I received with a much more thorough analysis of my yard.

PRICE IS PER VISIT. I TRIED DOING IT MYSELF, AND I KILLED A BUNCH OF GRASS. THEY ARE COMING OUT TO IRRIGATE NEXT.
