Everything went exceptionly good with no complaints.I noticed that my heat hasn't come on near as much so I am very pleased with the outcome.In the Spring I will have the roof reshingled with the same company.

The designer was late for our in home evaluation after we had changed the time twice. When my husband and I met in the showroom to select materials it was as if I was starting over again. That was on August 27th. Even though this wasn't a productive experience I would still consider Windows Doors & More for exterior needs. I don't judge a business that covers so many areas by one person.

The installation went well. Waiting for it to rain to see if there are any problems that come from it.

It went beautifully! Now we can see the pond we live on completely and have our own corner of the world. WD&M do absolutely wonderful work, couldn't ask for more. Will call them if we ever need anything else done that they do. Trust them & Jon.

The product is great. We just didn't feel that they were the best price. They put the window in but we had to pay for the trim around the window. I can't recall the exact price.

When Randy DeHart came out to do the quote, he was extremely professional. He looked at everything, measured everything, and gave me a reasonable quote. He emailed me a written quote that had everything written out that we had spoke about. I've used window people before who have gotten back to me, but without a professional looking quote. There is absolutely no sales pressure from them which is a plus in my book.

I paid all my money upfront and after they told me, they had a lot of bigger projects to deal with before they deal with the smaller ones. This slightly annoyed me. We paid in full before it was finished and I felt we were put on the backburner because we were not a big project.

I did have one small problem that had nothing to do with the application of the roof itself, and one of the owners, Mr. Kevin Hunter and his associate made an appointment and came to my home where we had a one on one discussion. Mr. Hunter and his associate were polite, professional and listened to my concerns. In the end I can say without a doubt that my experience with WD & M was excellent and I would indeed do business with them again.

I started quoting process in July 2012. Once perameters of job were finalized, Windows Doors and More quote was received in late August. Two quotes were similar in price, but working with Sherri Ayers at WDM was great. She was helpful in dealing with color choices and allowing me to purchase several items on my own. I signed contract Aug. 31 and the job was to begin within 4 to 6 weeks and was to take about 12-13 days. The job started after nearly 8 weeks and after a couple of delays took about 5 weeks to complete. This included about 2 weeks to complete a couple of pieces that were needed, but not initially foreseen. There were a few issues involving trim in the kitchen. Each one that was identified was taken care of promptly. Sherri was very intent on making sure all items were finished to my satisfaction.

WD&M manufactured the windows to size, installed them, and they are beautifful and insulate well. My only reservations with WD&M is that they estimated it would take 6 - 8 weeks to manufacture the windows and it actually took an additional 4 weeks - and once they took our order they left us hanging without any word on when the windows would be ready. It took several of my calls before they were finally able to give me an estiamted installation date.

school age children and was of great assistance in helping choose windows that were appropriate and safety oriented. My overall experience was extremely satisfactory and for any future needs, I will consult Windows, Doors and More first.

Went well. Saw the door in the show room ... sales person showed us the features Ordered the door Someone came out to measure the door frame They notified us when the door was in Installed the door and removed the old door. Looks great and seems heavier/more durable than the old door

They were very professional. The workers kept everything clean and they cleaned up well. They were very personable as well.

Very responsive. Walked us through the entire process and patiently answered all of our questions.

I called them to get an estimate to replace the original windows in the living room of the house. The person who came out was very courteous and showed me products that would match what I wanted. When the installer came out he was very professional and courteous as well. Work was performed very quickly and the place was left in immaculate condition when the work was done. They removed all construction material debris.

liked everything about Windows Doors & More. I liked their installation; it was good, thorough and he took care of everything in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They did what they said and were very professional about it. They worked well. We had one problem, I talked to them, and they said they would come out in a couple of weeks to replace it. Since they did not get the replacement in that time, they replaced it for free. The aluminum frame had to be bent for the corners and they did have long enough breaks to do it, they said they would have it done and the price was not a problem, they agreed that that is the way it should be. I checked with a couple of companies and the price was comparable.

I had a bit of problem getting them to respond to me when I called for an appointment. The replacement was under warranty (materials only) and I got the impression they weren't too keen about doing the work in a timely manner. I had to make three calls to get the work scheduled.

I haven't had them back for any reason because they did a great job. I've had no problem with the windows. They did an absolute great job. When I need more windows, I sure will go back to them.

Excellent company to work with. Work was done professionally and the new windows, doors and porch have made a difference in our energy bills. Debbie and Joe are very professional and their estimates and all subcontractors were wonderful to work with. They communicated constantly with us and checked on the final results. Beautiful work very well done.

The price was very reasonable. Dan, the installer couldn't have been any nicer. He has also installed another back door for me. This was my second time using him. The experience was wonderful. He carried on a conversation with me while he was working. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. Through installing the front door there was a piece of wood that needed to be replaced. He left and bought the piece of wood so the job would be perfect. He went above and beyond.

They are good and fair. I would recommend them to friends and family members with no hesitation. We are going to use them again.
