I would not recommend this company. Here is a list of issues: Loose molding Broken glass in driveway Wood chips (saw dust) tracked throughout the house Stairway handrail and banister are broken loose from the wall Dirty fingerprints on walls surrounding windows Windows stickers not removed from new windows Most windows needed to be cleaned Stain on existing painted walls surrounding new windows Drop cloth and other staining supplies left spread out and not cleaned up/removed Double hung windows do not move and freely through the full motion of the window

All absolutely went well. The cost may seam high, but when you get the interior decorator with it, that's pretty good.

They were on time friendly and professional. They did a good job.

We are very happy with the new windows! The work was done in one day, and the company was responsive and professional throughout the process.

We did not end up using them.

They installed a new metal door with a wooden finish. I was very pleased with the service and the installer. He did exactly what I asked. He used the spray foam insulation I had already purchased, when I requested it. I already had some trim stained; he cut it to size and installed it. He was prompt, no delays. He cleaned up the job site when he was done and took everything away. The pricing was a little higher, but the quality of work and of product was excellent. It well worth the extra price. I like that the door was made locally. The showroom was beautiful, with model kitchens, siding, and rooms. They called back to made sure I was happy with the job. Two years later, it still looks like new.

They were great. The installers were professional and fast. They arrived on time and stuck with the job until it was finished. NOT SUB-CONTRACTORS.! I will use them again for future needs.

They completed the sliding door in the fall. They started the rest of the job in February and it was completed in May. They had a designer who designed the remodel. They subcontract a lot of the jobs out, but you deal only through Windows Doors and More. They use licensed contractors for everything and they are good at what they do. They gutted everything down to the concrete floors and there were even some spots in the walls that were down to the studs. The process did take longer than promised as there were lots of problems along the way. They did keep us informed during the job. The finished project is beautiful! I would use them again knowing that the job can take longer than expected.

Excellent estimate process. They were quite competitive. We would have gone with them, but we went with a provider we had used in the past.

We disliked the fact that we paid 50% for the door on August 9th and the door wasn’t installed until November. When they came to do the installation, the framework around the door was not done correctly and wasn’t the right size and they had to redo it. The owner wanted to install it as it was and I told him no. I had no problems with the finished quality of the work. Most of our problems were with the fact that measurements weren’t done right, so the backsplash tile which was a special order was not ordered in an adequate amount, so we had another two-week wait for that to come in. The owner was very much less than polite, but most of the subcontractors were really nice. Ken, who put in the cabinets was wonderful. The guys who did the tile and countertop were great. The guys who finally got the door in did a very nice job. I had more problems with the administrative end of Windows Doors & More than I did the people who actually did the work.

Went well--it took approx 1.5 days to finish project. Crew was on time and kept to the task.

This did not go well. The siding they installed was not secure; every time it got windy it would cause pieces to lift off. For a while they would come back out at no charge to fix these pieces but more recently they've been charging for the repairs. I've had 3 different contractors looks at the work and they have been amazed that the siding has stayed on as long as it has. They were supposed to nail every foot to 1 1/2 feet, but only nailed every 4 to 5 feet. They didn't secure anything around the windows either. They were also supposed to install insulation board under the siding and they failed to do that correctly either. They installed it half way to where they should have on one side of the house and not at all on the other sides. I've had to use my home owners insurance to have the work redone but it's still quite expensive out of pocket. The siding is supposed to warranties not to fade or crack as well. I found a hole in one of the pieces and asked them to come out to replace it. They responded by telling me that the hole was probably created by a bird and that that fact made it not covered by the warranty.

Windows perform as advertised. The crew was in and out in three days from start to finish. Very experienced and able craftsmen were polite and did an excellent job in the time frame agreed upon.

The finished project is fine. Getting to that point however was frustrating. We paid half down and we were told they were 6-8 weeks out. After about 10 weeks and a few more calls the workers showed up. I was glad my husband took time off work--the pillars were completely wrong style and some sections were the wrong color. Then a crosspiece on pergola was drilled incorrectly so the workers just turned it (did they really think we wouldn't notice holes?!). A screen had an 8" slit (falling shingle likely, though they didn't mention it). Long story short (and this is just part of it), my husband sent pix and a punch list of 6 or 8 things that were not acceptable (last fall after installation). All were corrected, but he should NOT have had to serve as project mgr and ask that things be done properly!!! Last April, we had to call again as one of the pillars had shifted over the winter (it was not anchored properly). We'd planned to get a quote for a new roof from W, D, and M. That will not be a consideration as I no longer trust them to do the job well without owner supervision. We had heard and read great things, so this was a huge (and nerve-wracking) disappointment.

They did an excellent job. It really takes a lot of effort to do the siding right and these guys are real professional. They picked on every little square inch and make sure everything fit; it is a perfect fit on that house. $50000 is also inclusive of the insulation work that they had subcontracted. The price was good because I had checked several other contractors and that price was spot on as far as everybody else in Fort Wayne. I also had experience with other people having used their services so I knew I was getting a good deal. We are planning on doing the inside of the house and I will probably be looking at them for remodeling the inside.

We were very pleased with the work performed by all the service providers. We were trying to renovate the home so we could get a quick sale. The company sub- contracted work for drywall, painting, remodels of the baths and kitchen and carpet. They did their own siding. We were very pleased with all the work completed. We encountered a problem with a leak that was taken care of immediately. Very good response to questions and concerns. Joyce was our project coordinator and she was fantastic. We were able to complete the project in a timely manner. We were able to turn the house quickly, within a month, and were very pleased with the results.

The cost is $33,000. They are very courteous, very helpful and very nice. I extremely like Mr. Tipman who has helped me. They are ready to do the work; I've delayed it. I know they will do an excellent job because I have that much confidence in them.

They arrived on time, communicated to us what they would be doing and promptly began their task. Once they installed all the windows in one room they would immediately remove the old window and and trash prior to going to the next room. Our installer was both courteous and respectful. Once the total job was complete we did a walk through to ensure our satisfaction prior to signing the completion agreement.

Stopped at the store and discussed various options to replace the damaged siding on the front of the house. Made an appointment to have them check the specifics. They were on time and explained what they would do, when it could be done, and a quote for a couple different options. They were very professional and answered all our questions. We followed up with additional questions a few days later and they were prompt in responding. To date we haven't made a decision. Our subdivision has a lot of restrictions on what you can use on the front of your home, so it all has to be checked out completely. WD&M resided the sides and back with high quality vinyl siding a couple years ago. We contacted them again because of the positive experience then.

Told them my budget, their bid came in over $3,000. Lots of missed phone calls on their part. Would not let me purchase similar products for my bathroom (at a lower price). Had two different people give me two different ways to redo my bathroom. Was not a good experience. Had to call their office and ask the lady to stop calling me because she called and emailed me a lot.

They got here about 8:00 and were totally done around 7:00. Everything was cleaned up, so good you couldn't tell they were here, except for the new roof and their sign in the yard. Great Job by the crew !

They put them in. The size and look wasn't quite what I had understood from the sales person, but they ended up being fine.

We are very happy with the job. The first issue we encountered was poor soil under the job site and the foundation system had to be engineered to support the new room. WD & M brought in engineers for analyzing the soil and designing an economical solution. They brought in exceptionally good subcontractors to pour the foundation and to frame the room. The tie-in to the existing house was well planned and the finish work is of the highest quality. The doors and windows are of excellent quality and most of them were made by a WD & M subsidiary as I understand it. The exterior work is excellent. Communication with the WD & M staff was easy and honest throughout the job. After the work was finished they came in and cleaned up the exterior job site and in the spring they leveled the yard and prepared it for me to plant the grass seed. The work was done to their promised schedule and within my budget. And the overall all quality of the work is A+ both inside and out.

It went very well, the crew was there as discussed and gotten the job done in the time estimated. The only problem we have is with the screen doors, which is really from the manufacturer because the doors are taller than normal, the screen don't always close properly and thus has small gaps. We curently have an issue that was just noticed with the frame attached to the house that will need to be repairs, but our salesperson was very good about taking care of it when the weather breaks. We also had a small peak put above the front entrance to provide cover to the front door - they did a very good job.

They stayed within our budget. If you have a complaint they do send out a repairman. He did everything but he left a mess. It was the cleanup that wasn't good.
