Description of Work: The fellows were early due to finishing the prior job ahead of schedule. Cleaned and Scotch-guarded the great room carpet and cleaned the adjoining kitchen/hallway/1/2 bath and laundry room ceramic tile while I followed-up on sealing the tile grout. We were asked at the end to review the job, which was very well done. Not a lot of moisture left in the carpet. Received a follow-up call from the local office the next day asking about our satisfaction with the job done. A+

Description of Work: They cleaned my duct work intially. After a few months, there was still some residue in the air and I called them back out. They came out, re-checked the ducts, and suggested an air purifier and someone to clean the wall.

 + -1 moreI thought it went well. They were punctual and professional. Every once in a while there is a new guy training, but they do a good job. The last time they came, the individual was a little over the top trying to add on additional products. He just kept asking after I said no a few times. That was only one time though out of maybe four or five.

Description of Work: I scheduled a cleaning for my great room which is probably 200-250 square feet. They were 4 hours late and arrived at 6:00 pm. They spent 15 minutes cleaning the carpet! The two young men were young and in a hurry to get the job done and be done for the evening (as they were discussing their plans for the night and were not happy that they were working late due to earlier jobs taking longer). I was very dissatisfied with the quick clean, the spots that they did, they did not attempt to remove and the fact that they did not move any furniture or tables to clean under or around them. I then moved the furniture myself so that they could come back in and do this. They were extremely irritated that I had asked them to do this. I could not understand why they cleaned around items but not next to them? How they were able to get in and out in only 15 minutes? Why they told me the spots were not removable, when after they left I used the spot cleaner I purchased from them and they came out?

 + -1 moreThis is a good franchise to use when you need the job done right the first time. We have dust allergies in the family and we wanted to make sure the ducts were free of this known irritant.
Description of Work: They cleaned out a total of 12 air ducts in my home using a vacuum system they had in the garage. They took about 2 hours to do this in total and all used material and garbage was taken away by them.

 + -1 moreWe are very satisfied with the service they gave us. Our rugs look very clean and we liked the way they ensured that none of the chemicals would get on anything but what they were supposed to clean.
Description of Work: They cleaned 2000 square feet of carpet using a shampooing type of machine. They spent about an hour doing the job and did not have to move any furniture or concentrate on any stains.

 + -1 moreCleaning performed efficiently. The wanted me to look at it when completed. I said the stairs were not clean. They technician said it was stained and could not be cleaned. He told me this tale about it being stained from dirty air from a furnace filter probably not changed often enough. That seemed odd since there were extra filters in the basement when we arrived and a note on the furnace with dates it was changed and no vent was in that location. A few weeks later I cleaned the carpet myself. It was like magic. The soil practically disappeared before my eyes. It returned as the carpet dried and the stain was wicked up. After 3-4 applications the carpet was spotless. I took before and after photos and sent them to Stanley Steemer. No response came for a couple of months. Then a letter arrived and they claimed to have not been able to get in contact with me, but suggested I call. I did not. They have my address and phone number. It was an insincere response.
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning at time of move to new home. Stairs needed extra attention, very soiled at edge near wall.

 + -1 moreWe scheduled them to clean our carpets and only requested that they come in the afternoon, no special time was set. They arrived in the afternoon and were very pleasant. They explained what they were going to do and went to work. They completed it quickly and to our total satisfaction. They reviewed with us when it would be OK to remove the protective coasters from the furniture and left everything in great shape. They employees were professional.
Description of Work: We had them steam clean the carpet in 6 rooms in our house.
