Description of Work: Didn't fix the problem. Lied about what was broken (not broken) quoted $2500.00 to dig up sewer line that was not broken. Had 2 other companies out to check. Both confirmed Roto rooter was wrong.

Description of Work: Checked out my dishwasher, which was showing water standing inside it. They could find nothing wrong other than a minor blockage of the drain. They did not charge me and did not charge for a service call.

Description of Work: Replaced a long standing leaking pipe in the ceiling of the kitchen. Repaired ceiling and adjacent involved wall. The job was complicated when the dry wall ceiling was installed over a plaster ceiling which was saturated with water before leaking onto the dry wall ceiling and also involving the adjacent wall. All was repaired fully to our satisfaction each step of the way. | |Additionally, they replaced a bathroom counter top and basin and installed the faucet assembly which I had previously purchased. | |They also made minor repairs to other sinks in another bathroom, gratis. | |We were impressed with their professionalism,thoroughness,and courtesy. We considered the cost very reasonable especially considering the extensive work that was done. | |We plan to use them for other jobs in our house and would gladly refer others to them for large or smaller jobs.

Description of Work: When he came in, he put down floor mats to keep our floors and carpet clean. He augured out our bathroom sink drain, and the drain for the washing machine. He also tightened the bolts to the toilet while he was here. He checked the kitchen drain to make sure it wasn't backing up since it is tied in to the washing machine line.

Description of Work: I was desperate. The winter freeze froze a sewer line that had never frozen before. Roto Router came quickly, fixed the problem with great skill. It took a long time to get the work done but they did not give up. I will use them every time without even considering calling anyone else.

Description of Work: Replace a portion of a water pipe. He arrived when expected, inspected the leak and completed the fix within the allotted time. I was very pleased with their service.
