The service technician tried to pressure us into having all this extra work done that wasn't necessary. He said the thermostat was old, even though we said it was working fine. He came a second time and tried to sell us a contract, but we said no. I felt that he was trying to take advantage of us. The owner came out and refunded the fee that we had paid for the inspection, which was nice of him because we only wanted him to know his worker pressures the customers. I don't have any complaints against the company or the owner, just the service man that came.

I have used them for quite a few years. They really do a good job and they show up on time. They always wear the booties on their feet so when they come in they do not leave any mess on the rugs. They always call and check to make sure that I was happy with their service and I fill out a report on them.

I had Rolf Griffin come out to tune up an old furnace in an investment property. They told me right away that the heat exchanger was cracked and that they wouldn't turn the furnace back on after cleaning it. Then they tried to sell me a new furnace (and also a new A/C). Basically, I gave them $100.00 to sell me a new furnace. The "sale price" they gave me was $700 higher than a competitor. I had two other HVAC contractors inspect the furnace and sure enough they didn't find any cracks. The "crack" that Rolf showed me turned out to be a weld. They tested for Carbon Monoxide and watched the flame burn. All tests were normal.

They took care of me from start to finish. The guys who installed the furnace were professional and very nice. A new customer for life I strongly recommend. You pay a bit more but paying that little extra is worth it in the end.

The technician greeted me in a professional manor. Without having to ask the technician covered his boots with protective socks to avoid tracking dirt into our home every time he entered during the process. A very thorough job was done during the whole process and the system worked much better after the service. The technician kept saying that after he was done the system would be in like new condition. I was skepticle, but after seeing everything that was done I have no doubt to what was said. Other than the technician pitching services that I was not interested in, the annual service plan. I am happy with the service.

They have a service agreement that we are very much in favor of. They also off a senior discount. If you have trouble with the maintenance and you have an agreement with them, you are on the top of the list.

Rolf Griffin was able to schedule an appointment within 3 days of my call. Jimmy was the service tech that came to my home to perform the service. He was on time and courteous while performing the work at my house. He used shoe covers while walking in my home and he made sure to explain the service and what he found. I had a cracked heat exchanger and Jimmy showed me the crack in the equipment by using a special light and instructed me as to what my next step should be. He thought that my heat exchanger could possibly be under warranty and he took the time to call the manufacturer to find out. It turns out that it was so I only have to pay for labor charges which saves me hundreds of dollars. He also told me that my igniter switch was not performing well on the test he was running and that it should be replaced. He said it was only a matter of time before it stopped working. It turns out when he was putting the parts back together he broke switch and replaced free of charge.
