 + -1 moreWe had a plumbing problem, with our main drain system. Rolf-Griffin sent 2 technicians, Evan and Doug, who were very courteous and very knowledgeable!!!! They took care of the situation with no problems and completed the job in about an hour and a half. As it happened, we also had a problem with our A/C the same day, and Matthew came out and resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. We've been with Rolf-Griffin for about 25 years and have never had any issues with this company or there Service technicians. We would recommend this company to anybody !!!!!!!

 + -1 morethe guys were there around 10 hours. didn't leave until it was done and working properly. ran into some issues the salesman didn't notice. took care of it anyway. that's why they were there so long. the installers were Abraham and Moses(?). very professional and conscientious of he job they were doing. we feel they went above and beyond.

 + 2 moreMark and Kyle T. had to utilize extensions to reach about 165+feet to get the unclogged the sewer line. They worked very efficiently. The price on time and equipment was very fair and not extremely expensive. We will use Rolf Griffing Services again if needed it. A++ our recommendation. Galindo G. household.
Description of Work: Mark was very helpful and explained all the possibilities and situations that may have encounter as the main sewer drain line was clogged. Kyle T. assisted and worked along Mark to take care of this problem asap.

I was pleasantly surprised because it was in the 90's today, and I thought I would have to wait a few days for service! They were here for about 1 1/2 hours and got everything up and running. I'm definitely having them do yearly checks for now on to keep the costs down.
Description of Work: AC wasn't cooling. The unit is 13 years old and has never had a tuned up.

 + 1 moreAs stated above, everything went well. Both Kyle and Andy worked hard for 6 hours or so to install the tankless water heater. It was a tight place to put it in and they attached plywood to the garage wall in order to hang the water heater. It takes much less space and looks good. There was a lot of work they both figured out due to other pipes and a furnace being in that space as well as a water softener. So it was a lot of work for them. They were in a good mood the entire time when I went out to speak to them. Simple to adjust the temperature, which they showed me. Andy cleaned my garage nicely after all their carpentry work, and I was pleased. They were both so very personable and I felt comfortable having them here. They did their job well and worked hard to make the needed adjustments to my garage space, and I'm very happy I made this choice. And Kyle even offered to test my water softener water to be sure it is working properly. I'm waiting for the results, but that was a nice gesture. I never need to wonder who I'll call for my furnace, air conditioner, etc. I always use Rolf Griffiin.
Description of Work: My old water heater was leaking and they came out quickly to assess the situation. With the information Kyle gave me, plus the small space my water heater was in, I decided to have a tankless water heater. It is more expensive, but should last much longer than regular water heaters today. Plus there was very little space to put in a regular water heater since they are now 2" larger around than my old one due to regulations. Kyle answered all my questions and was on top of what I had to do; namely I had to start with NIPSCO to have a larger gas meter installed by them. They were what held up the new installation due to paperwork, re-sent paperwork, getting an engineer at NIPSCO to contact me and finally have a date for them to come out. Again, Kyle at Rolf Griffin stayed in touch and I could call him anytime. Rolf Griffin came the same day that the larger gas meter was installed so I didn't have 2 days tied up. The tankless water heater looks and works great and I've had it a week. Very happy I made this decision. The new tankless water heater will need service once a year. I have used Rolf Griffin ever since I moved here 8 years ago, and my Mother used them for years before. That's who I have come to trust. They are professional and often educate me on things I ask or just needed to know. Good company!

 + -1 moreI noticed my heat was off and thermastat didn't work. I called Rolf Griffin at 120am left message. At 131am RG returned call. At 141am technician called and was here at my house at 200am. He inspected the furnace took pictures and explained the problem. My 13yo furnace needed replaced. He took what he could apart then left around 500am. I left for my son's college graduation at 800am. RG returned that am while I was gone and installed new furnace.The sales consultant Matt, came by around 500pm to sign papers, receive payment and go through the functions of the furnace. I was given the 3 choices of furnaces 4K 7K 10K (dollars). I chose the middle of the road and as it turned out they did not have it in stock. Unbeknownst to me they placed the 10k one instead and told me after the fact but the charged me the middle road price! Responsive, Punctual, Professional and Honest. I highly recommend this company.

 + 1 moreBen arrived when expected, got right to work and carefully removed a portion of interior kitchen cabinet back panel to get to pipes. Replaced the whole assembly and the back piece of the cabinet in about 45 mins. Did a great job in a tight spot. I've used them for furnace and water heater maintenance also, for almost 19 years.
