They are also known as Rolf Griffin. They didn't charge me for today's service because I am a subscribed customer. My overall experience with them was excellent. I would continue to use them in the future.

They have installed a new system in our home before. Their price is a little high. They provide service in the fall and summer.

We are pleased with the services rendered.

They were known by another name earlier. We have an annual maintenance contract. They come out during the spring and fall to check the furnace and air conditioner. They always double check everything. We have never had any problems with our heating or air-conditioning. They also guarantee that if we call them for an emergency they will be in our house within two hours. They charge us yearly.

They are professional, on-time, and experts. They explain everything they do to the homeowner. I have been dealing with the firm for 15 years.

They come when we call them. Their workers are fine. We will use them again.

They did an excellent job. I was very, very impressed. They were very professional from their sales to their clean-up. They even took the time to make me aware of how everything worked.

We've been very happy with them. The Service Experts' employees are always very courteous and prompt. They call to let you know they are on their way. A couple of times when we've had a problem they came out quickly. Our units are older and original to the house (about 22 years old). A couple of the technicians have pressured us saying that the unit is old and we should get a new one. But, most of them do not pressure us. Most are nice and let us know if they are having a sale just to keep us informed in case we want to replace it.

We've used these guys several time before (back when they were known as Rolf/Griffin). On this occasion, our A/C was all iced up and out of charge. I called later Friday and had a tech on the phone 9:00am sharp Saturday morning, on my door step by 9:10. Our house is up for sale and the we had a showing scheduled at 10:30am. The technician took a quick look and determined what he could do best in the limited time. He also suggested a few things that I could do myself to save a few bucks and get finished quicker. By the time our viewers showed up everything was finished, tidy and the house was nicely chilled.

They are very reputable. They put in some outside faucets last fall. They are honest, dependable and thorough. They are trustworthy.

I like Rolf Griffin a lot. Everything went fine with the last service call. Rolf Griffin put in this system and when I bought the house I had them come out and check my previous system. They have always done good work and been conscientious. They are on time and they call ahead when they are on their way. I have never had a dis-courteous person. They have been really responsive when I have called with issues in the past.

Even though it was Christmas eve, when I called about a drain and garbage disposal problem they came out within two hours. The plumber, Ben, was very nice and professional. He installed a new garbage disposal as requested and unplugged a drain clog. He did not charge extra for the drain clog other than the service call. We also had a new water heater installed by Rolf/Griffin too. We use then for all out HVAC and plumbing needs. Their two plumbers, Ben and Rick are first-rate service people.

Awesome job. When technician showed me the parts that were questionable, he already had a price worked up, and when we paid for the project, the estimate was spot on. He was very professional, cleaned up the insulation (our furnace is in the attic), and was very personable. Because we were already on their service agreement, no additional service call fees were added. I asked the technician for a price on a zoned system. He immediately got on the radio and put me in contact with the sales person. We are still contemplating the zone system, but the service agreement and their quality for work and professionalism cannot be beat!

We have a multi year contract with them and they come and do a check twice a year. They had to come back the last time they were here because we did have a problem but there was no additional charge. We have used them for 14 years and they replaced our entire heating system in 2008. They are quite reliable and they come on time. The guys are very courteous. They take their time and seem to be very thorough. They come very quickly if there is a problem. In the past if we have had a problem with the air conditioning not working they will come after hours. Their price is a little higher than some.

I have a monthly payment plan with them that covers all of the maintenance on my heating and cooling units. Last time the guy was here, he was here for about two hours and did a good job. I was very pleased with them. I can't complain about them and if I could, I would change to another company.

We?ve had them for a couple of years and we?ve been very pleased. We continue using them because of their reliability. I think the price is reasonable.

They came out and gave us an estimate for the work. Once we agreed to it they came out and repaired the motor instead of charging us for an all new heating and cooling system. They were true to their estimate. They went the extra mile. I like knowing that when they say there is something wrong I can trust them and I know that it will be fixed. When I purchased my home I purchased it as is. Rolf came out when we moved in and told us that our heater coils were in the wrong place. They came out and repaired everything with both the air conditioning unit and the heater for a flat rate. They have been reputable since day one. They offer twenty four hour service. There was an issue once where they charged me for a diagnostic twice and when I called the company about it they refunded the money immediately and apologized for the mistake.

I am thoroughly happy with them. They do great work, clean up after themselves, and are very professional.

They installed the system the day after we signed the offer and overall the process was easy. They had the lowest price for a central air unit from the four quotes we received -- this included on quote on a non-name brand system. We also got a discount for paying cash which lowered the price even more. The service techs were very professional and showed respect for our home. There was only one minor problem with the wiring of the thermostat, but the came out immediately and fixed the problem.

Called for an estimate late in the day, and the in-home estimate was scheduled for the same day. Representative was professional and punctual. He examined or current equipment and explained options. We decided on the replacement model and price and were scheduled for installation a few days later. Installation took most of the day, but the technicians were informative and friendly. They asked questions and helped us understand the installation process. Everything was left clean after they explained the use of the new furnace. A follow-up visit was made by the original representative.

Most of the time we have the same service man who is always very nice and friendly. He always explains to us very clearly and thoroughly. Also, if any other extra work needs to be done, other than the routine work and it is going to cost extra, he lets us know and checks if it is OK to fix it before he does work on it.
