This is a conveniently located, long-standing carpet cleaning shop. I had Referral Carpet Cleaning do work in increments for me, after I was pleased with their care (quick, clean, pleasantly handled) of a very gritty bedroom carpet I'd gotten originally from Ikea.Belatedly I decided to have it scotchgarded, and that was done quickly and inexpensively. Subsequently I bought four additional area rugs, also from Ikea (inexpensive but attractive) to lay on my newly refinished wood floors; Referral Carpet Cleaning scotchgarded these inexpensively and quickly, and alerted me to the fact that the edges of a couple were unraveling, and did I want them bound? I did, and was very pleased with the results--beautifully matched edging, done at a very low cost. In addition to the work done on my rugs, the owner (who has many professional carpet cleaning certificates of expertise) was very pleasant in giving free advise on my own carpet care and any icarpets I might consider buying in the future. Overall, an excellent experience with a long-standing Fort Wayne business. Highly recommended.

I have had them clean the carpets in my whole house as well as I have had them out to just do the traffic areas. They are always punctual and professional. They do a great job and always leave the house cleaner than when they came.

They got down on their hands and knees to clean the carpet along the baseboard area!! I have never seen other carpet cleaning companies do that before! They were here all day and did a very, very thorough job they took extra time for spotted areas. I will never use anyone else but them, they were very professional.

Ryan and Dave showed up when they were scheduled, were very polite, and explained every step. They asked questions to allow them to better treat the spots. They spent two hours cleaning the areas that the last company we had spent about one hour on. When it was time to pay the work matched the estimate that I had been given. No surprises! This was extremely dirty carpet and they did a beautiful job.

Before using Referral Carpet, we thought we were going to have to replace our carpet in the next couple of years. It had not looked good, and the edges were fraying. Referral did such a great job that we changed our thinking. It turned out so clean that we had the frayed edges restretched and removed. We now feel it could last a very long time with regular cleaning.

We had no problems. The carpet came clean and the spots came out. They moved the furniture for us and when we got home everything was moved back. They called us to follow up.
