Courtney, Leo, and Chad were great people to work with. They had availability the same day I talk to them. I was given all the information needed and several options on what I could do. I got a consultation, quote, and then financed all within a couple hours. I appreciated that they were working with me with me while I was dealing with my newborn during the entire process.

The installation crew showed up exactly when scheduled and gave notice every morning when they were on the way. They kept us informed throughout the install of the progress they were making and what would be happening next. They finished on day 5 just as predicted and explained the equipment to our satisfaction before they left. Both crew members seemed genuinely interested in getting the job done correctly and on time. The salesman who sold us the project even noticed an electrical issue and called an electrician to come out and give advice on what to do to solve the issue before he had even finished his project estimate. This was why we chose P & G over other estimates even though their estimate was the highest by a good amount. I would highly recommend P & G to anyone wanting a job done right by caring employees.

So our furnace was 30 years old. Starting making a lot of bearing noises. We called PG Heating and Cooling and they were extremely fast sending Leo to diagnose the problem the same day. He was honest, efficient, friendly, and gave us multiple options in how we can resolve the issue. Ultimately, since our furnace was so old we decided to just replace it along with the AC. Chad came by later and he was extremely knowledgeable and nice. We had multiple options and we were impressed with the pricing. We went forward with it and Mitchell and Kyle came and installed the new AC and Furnace in half a day. Very impressed with the skillset and expertise of all these guys! Angie was also very friendly on the phone. Definitely recommend using these guys!

Description of Work: Our recently installed heat pump stopped working Friday night. Obviously, in this cold snap we needed our problem solved quickly.
