Paul Davis completed this job over 12 months ago and was unaware of any unresolved issues. All emergency services where completed in a timely and satisfactory manner. Once those services where completed an inspection was done, and a detailed estimate was forwarded to (Member name removed) insurance provider. These estimates can take several days to be reviewed and approved. It is normal for no work to be completed until an approved estimate is received from the insurance company. The estimating software that Paul Davis uses is provided by a third party company and is recognized by most contractors and insurance companies. Paul Davis has no influence on the pricing used in the estimating system. The (Member name removed) chose to have Paul Davis do only certain items that were included in the approved estimate to help compensate for out of pocket expenses. All structure repairs were completed in a satisfactory matter. The flooring installation commenced as planned and because of the flooring type, required hammering and sawing. (Member name removed) was working out of the residence so this noise caused some issues with her work environment. After the flooring was installed, the remainder of the work was settled and our invoice was paid in full.

Description of Work: Ice dam had built up on skylight window over bedroom and water was coming through. We had never experienced this before in all years as a homeowner. Paul Davis Restoration came within 2 hours of when we called to determine what was going on, check off steps to take to mitigate any damage, assure us that what we were doing at that point was the right thing to do, come back with a follow-up to check things over and determined there was no damage although an ice dam can let loose with quite a bit of water. They were recommended by our insurance carrier. We were lucky that no repairs were required and learned about ice dams on roofs and windows. The engineer who came was very professional and kind. If we would have needed repair work we definitely would have used them. I would not hesitate to call them in the future.

Description of Work: Steve came out to help us look at options to add a master suite on our main floor, but our layout was such that we could easily add the master suite. Steve provided some great options and designs, but we weren't in a position to make the needed changes at this time.

They were very efficient.
Description of Work: Removed 6 feet of water from finished basement. Stripped basement of walls, ceiling and flooring down to concrete. Sealed walls and treated all walls on 1st level for any mold.
