About us

Uniquely our last name is Masoner, masonry has been in our family for generations. We normally would not use sub-contractors unless the job included a multitude of work where extra help may be needed in most cases no job is too big. Masoner and sons consists of a total of 5 employees, we are a family owned and operated business. Our rates are based on a competitive hourly rate for labor, materials are separate, in the cost of materials any trip charges to pick up supplies as well as required building permits will be added into the cost of materials. If our company and the prospective customer is in agreement on potientialy hiring Masoner and sons for their masonry or design needs a proposal is drawn up that is signed by the customer as well as our company that protects both our company and the the customer. There can be a fee for an estimate for large jobs and or a trip charge for out of a 25 mile radius. If our services are initiated the fee will be deducted off of the grand total. For small estimates there is no charge.(unless out of traveling radius). Award winning.

Not very good
Description of Work: Ken had scheduled an appointment with us for an estimate. We waited and waited. After an hour we decided the he was a no show. Half an hour later, which was an hour and half after he was supposed to be at our house. He called to say that he had some family problems and would not be able to make it! Great, just love to wait around, should have called before being an hour and half late. Then just to top it off, he told us he would call and reschedule, a week later still no return call. So I wasted two weeks, and no estimate for work I wanted to get done in March. So I will call another contractor.

I would like to personally apologize for your unfortunate experience with Masoner and Sons. Please understand that we did schedule an original appointment that was scheduled at 5:00pm on Saturday 2/23/13 which you decided to cancel after I spoke with you on 2/21/13. In addition to this I called at 12:30pm on Saturday the 23rd to offer an earlier time slot if that would work better and at that time you said you were going to call me needing to cancel anyway. I did my very best to reschedule with you on Sunday the 24th and unfortunately we were experiencing flu in our home and I did not want to meet for the obvious reason. When I spoke with you to explain you told me you would call me back on Wednesday 2/27 to re-schedule as that would be better for you. You never called to reschedule on the 27th. Friday the 1st of March I called and left a message stating who I was and my number to call me if still interested in scheduling another appoinmentt to address your Masonry needs. Our company is set on high standards, honesty and integrity and we do not want anyone to be dissatisfied with our communication. As the owner and director of this company I would still like the opportunity if you are willing to give you an estimate and a 10% discount if you decide to choose Masoner and Sons for your Masonry services.
