Description of Work: Unfortunately, the provider refused to honor the coupon. I have only used this service once in the past 5 years and they did not want to honor the purchase because I was "an existing customer". I guess they don't need the business.

Description of Work: Cleaned more than we thought they would get to with the amount of time they were here. Very nice ladies and did great at what they do! They were a little later than the window they provided.

Description of Work: The company din not honor their deal beacuse I had previously use them on my own some 3 to years eariler. I contacted Angie's List and expained that they would not honor their deal and that if was stated the the fine print that if you had utilized their services in the past you could not particpate in their current deal. Angie's list did not find it in the find print and called the company, but they still refused to honor the deal. Ultimately we needed to refunded our purchase price. I requested that the deal be removed or changed to reflect their true intentions.

Description of Work: They communicated well to schedule the cleaning and did a good job. We would use their services again in the future.

Description of Work: I used the Angie's List "Big Deal" and had Maid Perfect do a house cleaning for both myself and a client. I am a Realtor and this is a great opportunity to provide my clients with a service they can really use! Maid Perfect did a great job on both occasions. The 6-hour cleaning is a great value and I will use their services again!

Description of Work: Called to schedule and spent significant time trying to coordinate when they could come. Finally found a Friday that would work. I was told they'd call the night before to confirm arrival time. | |I ended up calling them the Thursday afternoon before because I hadn't heard from them. The same girl answered the phone and claimed I was scheduled for Monday, not Friday. | |They are not very accommodating with scheduling for Angie's List customers. She actually stated they only clean for Angie's List customers at certain days/times. | |Got a refund from Angie's list and won't be calling again | |

Description of Work: Cleaned my entire house (minus the basement). Did a great job. I paid an extra $40 for and extra 1/2 hr.

Description of Work: I had 4wonderful cleaners come. They had a system and executed it so well that they didn't miss anything. The lead person was wonderful at communicating with me to set priorities for cleaning. I was impressed!

Description of Work: 2 hours of whole house cleaning! They gave me the opportunity to indicate areas of emphasis but otherwise worked hard to clean my home from top to bottom. Since there were 3 people cleaning for 2 hours they were able to do a thorough job in that amount of time. I was able to go home to a sparkling clean home after work.
