Maid Perfect

We paid for a “deep clean” that consisted of 3 people cleaning for 3 hours. The coordinator indicated that they could get through 1000 sq ft/hr(estimated). Our house was not filthy nor riddled with obstacles. They also clarified our dogs were not an issue. In the end the team left a “checklist” showing work done that was not as well as only covering 800 sq ft in 3 hours. Disappointing and overpriced.

4 people showed up. I let them in & told them to lock the door when they leave. I did tell them to clean the inside & outside of the windows but only the inside got cleaned. No big deal. I just hosed them off

It was good. I didn't pay anything extra. They cleaned the inside but not the outside of the windows.

Not well. The company scheduled and then called me back to say that I could NOT have the package that I paid for. I TRIED, but they don't care so much about customer service as I specifically told the lady on the phone that I wanted the package that I paid for. They are unwilling to comply with my request. This is a real review by a real person. My name is Andrew Hogue, I am not the competition at all but a guy who wanted to have the service that I paid 87$ for. I paid for this service. I cannot find a way to get a refund nor can I get the service.

Very professional. Nice and asked questions if they weren't sure. Put everything back where it was...dusted shelves!!!! They were great. Willing to do anything I needed.

Three hard-working ladies arrived and spent 2 hours cleaning my kitchen and bathrooms until they sparkled and smelled fresh! They scrubbed every inch and left me a satisfied customer, I would hire them again to do house cleaning.

The cleaners were courteous and professional. They were fast effificent and cleaned well. The only concern was the person who answered the phone to take our reservation: it sounded as if she was new at the job and answered questions without any hesitation (albeit, wrongful information) when she should have inquired with her peers.

I am leaving my initial review from January below this, because it is still valid for that visit, but when I had them back again in May, it was such a different experience. They seemed to have no clue what to do to clean hard wood floors, damp mopping them without having dust mopped or swept, so that there were little damp fuzz balls along the walls. They also mopped the bathroom without sweeping first, and didn't really get around the toilet well, so I ended up remopping that afternoon. They also cleaned around everything, not even moving the dining room chairs. One of the ladies seemed particulary bad, and another had to go back and redo much of what the first had done. The house didn't look or feel clean, except for the kitchen, and whatever they used on the hardwood floors has left them feeling tacky and faintly sticky. I had originally scheduled them to come back two weeks later, but I cancelled. I was surprised that there was no curiosity about why. I got this service as a Groupon, so the price was very low, but I would use them again at their regular price. The cleaning team was prompt. They were very friendly and responsive to what I wanted. Because I have had a couple of recent surgeries, things were not as picked up as I would have liked before they came, but they did an excellent job of dealing with the obstacles. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a very thorough job. I originally had not asked for the work that was done in the bedroom, but they had time, so they did it. The leader of their crew did a good job of making sure things weren't missed and making suggestions to the other ladies. Because I have had a couple of companies in to clean lately, I had a good basis for comparison. These ladies cleaned items that another company skipped over, even though there were fewer of them and they were here for less time. My house feels very clean, which is what I am looking for after I pay for cleaning.

What a great deal! The staff were professional, timely and did a great job. It was so nice to come home and see (and smell) a professionally cleaned house! No complaints, and I will certainly use them again!

Overall they did a really nice job. There one time costs are kind of high, but if you enter into a ongoing plan with them, the quote was reasonable. Very professional. Had them come a second time and same team came, which was nice.

They were supposed to respond by June 9. If I were in no hurry I could wait forever, but I haven't even gotten a response, let alone an appointment setup. I would like to try another company that perhaps is more responsive and actually wants my business. All they had to do was send a reply so I don't think very highly of their customer service.

The three women who came to our home were prompt and paid attention to detail to the requests for each room we had cleaned. They were respectful to me. My husband and I were satisfied with the results and would use their services again. The only suggestion I would have for the cleaning team would be to make sure you are being respectful to your co-workers as you are working.. (This was addressed when MaidPerfect made a followup call to see how the clean went)

They did a great job cleaning my husband's neglected office.

Maid Perfect is more of a housekeeping service than a house cleaner. I purchased an Angie's list coupon and asked that they call if they were going to go over the 2 hours the coupon allowed. They made all of the beds, wiped down counter tops, and vacuumed. None of the bathrooms were touched. Toilets, showers, floors, and tubs were all left dirty. I understand if they ran out of time, but I was willing to pay extra for the entire house to be cleaned. I was very disappointed and will not be using this service again.

We saw the Big Deal for Maid Perfect and tried to order it. We didn't think it went through so we ordered it again. Then when I called to get the service scheduled they could not do it until next week which was too late for our needs. The ad said guaranteed to schedule within 48 hours which we thought meant they would do the work within that time frame. They, however, meant they would schedule a date and time within 48 hours.

they were very efficient, friendly. I set them up for regular cleanings!

UPDATE: The service provider emailed me in response to this review stating that they have never provided service at my home, when they actually have.....TWICE. I reconfirmed my records from their visits and it truly was this company. I revised their grade on professionalism because they are stating that they did not provide service to me, when they actually did. Clearly, record keeping is an issue. The Maid Perfect team arrived promptly, and there were two women who came to do the work. After an initial discussion of what needed to be done, I got out of their way and they proceeded to work. Overall they did a satisfactory job, some things they did better than others. The cleaned the windows and doors well, vacuumed and dusted, but the little things were neglected. All over the house I found dusty spots where they didn't bother to move items, or just whole sections neglected. They did not wipe down shades or vacuum A/C vents, even after I asked. One of my bathrooms that is not used much was barely touched. The floor had not been washed, and the shower may have been rinsed out, but not scrubbed. I had Maid Perfect once before do a house cleaning and the first time I had excellent work done. The second time around, was a much less satisfying experience.

I had other cleaning services before, so I was disappointed with their services. They sent three people that were here for two hours and they did not give as much accomplished as one person in six hours had gotten done in the past. The areas that they cleaned they did good, but they skipped areas that I've said where very important to me to be cleaned and some of the bathrooms that did cleaned they didn't do a great job. I've had one person accomplished more in the same amount of time as the three ladies did.

The girls thoroughly cleaned everything in the rooms, from the ceilings down to the floors (cupboards, fans, stove, refrigerator, microwave). I don't think they missed a thing.

Overall did a fair job, however I expected more. The home only felt marginally cleaner than before they came. I was not present during the cleaning so I cannot really speak to what was done. Some of the things that stood out to me were all areas out of site out of mind were not dusted. Examples; The top of picture frames, the top of trim areas, tops of ceiling fans, etc. Pretty much anywhere that you could not see. Still looking for a cleaning service that I would want to hire on full time. I have not found one yet.

I purchased 2 Groupons for Maid Perfect to clean mine and my Mother's home. I thought the 3 women who cleaned my home did a great job, but I was very dissappointmented in the different 3 women, Bridget, Amber and Jennifer, who came to clean my Mother's home. The areas of focus were identified ahead of time to be the kitchen and two bathrooms. One of the ladies worked in a small bathroom (that was not that dirty) for 1.5 hours and when finished, the bathroom was still dirty. The cabinets were not cleaned and there were cobwebs still on the wall. I also overheard two of the ladies comment and quot;this is grossand quot; and and quot;ewwand quot; during the time they were cleaning - not very professional! The manager was an exception to this, but she did not have her workers in control, in my opinion, or she would have discouraged or reprimanded them for making such comments. When finished, the kitchen and other bathroom were not very clean either, several items that I would consider basic, were missed. And these women seemed confident that they had cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms so well, that they had moved on to clean the living room, den and dining room. I was also upset to discover, after I bought the groupons, that Maid Perfect does not work evenings or weekends and they don't have specific time slots that you can and quot;signand quot; up for. You can request a specific time of day and and quot;they will do their bestand quot; to try to come at that time, but there is no guarantee. They call and inform you the day before of the approximate time they will be at your home to clean. It just seems like the services you receive are very hit and miss on whether you will get a quality and professional cleaning of your home.

We were very pleased with the service. I used an Angie's List coupon which included 3 maids for 2 hours. They did an amazing job! The kitchen was cleaned, floors were swept, beds made, and bathrooms sparkled. They even took out the trash! My only complaint is that they did not clean the master bathroom shower. I guess they ran out of time which is understandable considering the amount of detailed work.

It was good. Everything was fine. That was a good price. I remember that they forgot to mop the front hallway.

Prior to their visit they called to confirm the appointment time and then called back to inform us they had an earlier time that same day and would this earlier time be more convenient for us. The cleaners arrived on time and asked what areas we wanted them to concentrate on. Our main areas were our master bath and kitchen. Overall I would rate their service with grade of and quot;Cand quot;. I would consider it more house and quot;keepingand quot; than house and quot;cleaningand quot; as they dusted around items on shelves instead of removing them and dusting each individually. The areas we asked them to concentrate on were cleaned ok but there were areas that were missed (i.e. the faucets on both sinks and bath tub were missed as well as the window frame area - very dusty). Also the front of our cabinets in the bathroom were missed. I must say that the worker did have to spend a lot of their time on our shower which was a mess and with that they did a good job. For monthly house and quot;keepingand quot; maybe the faucet areas and cabinets would be hit and for this one call they may have not had time because of the amount of work they did with our shower. With that being said though, they did leave a little prior to the 2- hour mark which we had hired them for.

Maid Perfect was fabulous. I have been traveling for a couple of weeks and I didn't have a chance to clean when I got back late Thursday night, they came Friday because I was having a graduation party on Saturday and they were wonderful. I ended up having to pay a little more just because I asked them to go beyond the hours that I paid for just to make sure that it's all clean since I haven't been home. They were here for probably another 3 or 4 hours and there were 3 of them. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them to others.
