Great, very good guys to work with.

My daughter was home at the time of the repair. She reported that everything was done in a professional manner. Everything was left clean and neat. The garage door works quite well now.

Next day service and arrived during time frame allotted. Had parts with him and finished repair promptly. I will use him again if needed.

I called about a small but important fencing job and left a message. I got a call back and we discussed some details. It was agreed that they would call back the next week to set up a time for an estimate. The call never came. I called and left a message again later that week. I never got a call back on that message. I had seen enough to know that I would not want to be dealing with this company. They must have felt the same about me, since I never heard from them again.

I don't remember the cost but the price was competitive. Their prices were right in the ball park compared to other local companies. They were very dependable. They were here when they were supposed to be. They did good work. I would consider using them again in the future.

Very pleased the he was able to get out to fix it that day. When one can't get out of the garage, it's urgent! I felt his suggestion to replace both was well intended as the trip out was a good portion of the expense. Having both of them new should hold us for quite a while. His team also told us about preventative maintenance for garage doors and their springs. Who knew? Just spray some WD-40 3x year. They took away the old parts and cleaned up. And were gone in less than 40 minutes, so it didn't take long.

The service man installed the opener quickly and spoke to me at length about the operation, even suggesting how I could prevent future problems with our garage door. I was impressed with his knowledge and choice to take the time to be sure I knew all I needed to know about garage door operation. In this day and age of mediocre, or even shoddy customer service, working with a company willing to take the time to please customers is refreshing.

He are really nice personable guys to deal with. They are very reasonable and expedient. We paid for the materials for the fence and did all the labor.

Exceptional service. One door spring broke early Saturday evening. I called and left a message. They called back Sunday afternoon to schedule service on Monday. They arrived in the time frame they said they would. The job was complete in approximately 45 minutes. I had called a couple of competitors to know the price range and what to expect. Bob Levy and Sons price was on the low end of the 3. It was suggested that we replace both springs since they were the same age. There is a significant difference to replace the springs one at a time. We did have to replace a bracket to fit the new spring size. We used them a few months ago to replace a garage door opener and would definitely use them again.
