Billy submitted a proposal that included costs and steps needed to prepare for the treatment. They were on time for all three appointments and the issue we are happy to report is resolved. I will be using them from now on for my seasonal pest control plan.

Description of Work: I had a bee hive behind the siding of my house. Called and setup an appt for that same day. Free quote for service. Determined I needed a dust spray into the entry/exit point for bees. He explained how the dust worked and the what I need to watch for over next few days. If they came back within 2 days, I could reach out to them and they'd dust again. I decided to go forward, paid with credit card on spot. I went back to work, he performed the service. No more bees. Would use them again. Easy!

Description of Work: Removed large hornet nest from outside soffit. Also walked around property to identify any other potential issues. Very prompt and courteous. Have used this company twice in the past year and exceeded my expectations both times.

Description of Work: I had a HUGE hornet's nest in a tree right next to my deck and house. He got rid of the nest and then got rid of 2 small bee hives at no charge. When he was done, he walked around the house and noticed that bees were going in and out of a crack in the corner of the house. There was a hive in the walls! He took care of that also.

Description of Work: Exterior Pest control application. I purchased the annual maintenance plan as they offered the services at the same price as the deal I bought on Angie's list. I also bought the service for my sister's house and she had a good experience as well. A few weeks later I had them return to address a mice issue as the weather got colder. Since his treatment we have had no mice. Also the service was provided at no cost since we purchased the annual service plan. This is a new, small, local company which we like to support and which I have recommended to others.

Description of Work: They laid down an exterior bug control around the house and pointed out where borer wasps had caused some damage. They eliminated these plus examined the premises for other insect damage. They will be coming back in the spring of 2013 to repeat the service plus dealing with internal pest control. The cat has taken care of all rodents within a 50 yard radius of the place. Brings them home to share with me ,,, yum :)

Description of Work: Had inside and outside of house sprayed as a preventive measure. House had been vacant for a year or so before we purchased it. Had used an over the counter pest control a few times around the foundation but still had a small problem with spiders. The technician came and sprayed the entire inside of house however the weather prevented him from spraying outside. He came back about a week later as weather permitted and finished the outside. Very professional and polite.

Description of Work: I've been living in this apartment since last July. When it got colder in Fall, I suddenly discovered I had a bug crawling across my chest one evening. This was the first of numerous crawling and flying bugs in the apartment, which I later learned were stink bugs. While the apartment management was willing to send a staff handyman in with poison, I had a little dog and just plain wanted professional--safe and thorough--extermination. So I looked on Angie's List for an exterminator. Oddly, I got some factually erroneous information on the phone from one exterminator highly rated in Angie's List for Fort Wayne. So I decided to go with a different company, Bug Free Pest Control, a local company with numerous high ratings on a different site, When I talked on the phone with the owner, John, in March, he advised me to wait until it was warmer so extermination would be more effective. So I waited and called him again in June and am reporting on the excellent service I got today. John, the owner, has more than 20 years experience in bug extermination and has owned his own small company (servicing Allen County and another branch servicing Adams/Wells Counties) for 4 years. John came exactly when he said he would. John seemed to me extremely knowledgeable about how the stink bugs apparently got into my apartment (but, commendably, refused to disparage competing companies). Dressed neatly in a clean uniform, John was cheerful and pleasant while doing his work. Bug Free Pest Control is eco-friendly, using green products when possible (unfortunately not possible with stink bugs). John was plainly concerned about safety for me and my dog as well as doing a conscientious and thorough job. The charge was reasonable and as estimated on the phone and includes a 60 day warranty. While I have to wait and see the results, my impression so far is that Bug Free Pest Control's service was excellent.
