I contacted this service via the form they provide on their website. Upon submitting my request for service, a note popped up saying that someone would contact me right away. As of this review, that was two weeks ago.

By the third time, the bees were removed. The man who came the first two times overlooked another area that they were entering the basement. Their responsiveness; however, brought out the man's supervisor who was able to find the second area immediately.

The service was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. We have no more fleas.

After 48 hours have not seen a bee. I called the office at 2pm on a Monday; I was thinking this was late and the best I could hope for was a Tuesday appt. The very nice lady said we can get a tech out today. Great. Worried about price, never had a problem like this before, I had investigated price on the internet and was nervous. 1 1/2hr later Billy Roark was calling that he was on his way. He was very personable and explained what was going on and what needed to be done. The price was well below what I expected ( he also added 5% off coupon I had forgot was on Angie List) and he was able to start process then. I really appreciate him putting me at ease and found out his wife had said ASAP to my home, she must have heard my anxiety in my voice about the situation. I hope I don't need to, but I would call them again and recommend them to others.

No longer have an ant problem. Explained everything to be expected. There were no surprises. Did great job. Highly recommend!

Wonderfully. The representative came and looked at my problem. He didn't try to sell me anything. In fact, he tried to save me money. He said he could charge me a bunch of money, but it wouldn't really solve the problem. Instead, he offered his professional advice FOR FREE about how to keep the problem to a minimum. It was great! If I ever have any other pest problems, this company will definitely be the first I call, for sure!

They did an excellent job last year. But, this year, I don't think they were quite as thorough. We haven't had any major problems or anything, but I just don't think they were quite as thorough this year as they were last year. We weren't quite as satisfied this year as we were last year.

Billy showed up within half an hour after I called the office and told me I don't have bed bugs, I have beetles! I am overjoyed. They got here quick and gave me an honest diagnosis. Would certainly call them again if I needed.

Called in early afternoon and were here and gone by 3:30. Very professional and gave a $10 angies list discount. Good to know of someone to call for prompt service when you have a pest problem.

Excellent. Carl was very friendly and prompt. I called at 8am and they were at my house by noon. Answered all questions thoroughly and provided contact number for any questions. There is a 6-month guarantee on the service and they will come back out if the bees are not all gone after 48hrs of dusting. For us, all bee activity was gone by 36 hours!

i called early in the morning and a technician came about 10. I had not noticed the yellow jackets above the garage but he did and took care of them. The wasp nest was the one that I saw behind the end of a gutter. The technician studied it awhile and decided to spray and where to spray. Told me they could be active for several more days and to call back if there was more activity later. The bees seem to be gone!

It went very well. They came out the first time and sprayed inside and then told me they would return another time to spray outside, as it was still too wet outside at the time. They came and sprayed outside. After about 30 days, I still continued to see black ants in the home. It wasn't a lot and it seemed as though they were not looking for food. They returned and sprayed again. I have seen no black ants in my home for at least 3 months now as they promised. The owner talked to me and said he would get rid of them and it was just as he said. They were very professional and arrived quickly. They don't mess around. I would not hesitate to call them again.

My initial appt. was for Friday 9/19. Due to time constraints I could only have the outside of the house sprayed. Today Eric came and sprayed the inside. Eric was very courteous and professional and explained all the details of what the spraying would entail. He made suggestions as to how to avoid the ants like cutting back the limbs of a tree the overhang the roof. He said they would climb up the tree onto limbs and then fall onto the roof. Since he sprayed outside last Friday I have not seen any ants which I am really pleased about! Eric was punctual and called before the appt to advise he was on his way. I would definitely hire this company again as they were so nice to work with.

called today around 1pm, got a call from the technician about 1:45 saying he was on his way. very nice and professional, did the job right away for what I thought was a good price. I was very impressed with the response time as I was not expecting same day service, it was great.

Yesterday, I noticed the hornets nest on a low hanging branch (would be about 2 feet above your head when mowing the lawn) that was about the size of a soccer ball. I chose Bug Free, according to the excellent reviews on Angie's List, and gave them a call. "Andrea" was very pleasant & knowledgeable when setting up the appointment for the following morning (today). She also told me that service calls begin at 6:30 a.m. At 6:30 a.m., I received a phone call from "Billy", the technician, telling me that he was here and had already located the nest. Wow! He assured me that, given the location of the nest, it was good idea to dispose of it. Had it been high on the tree, it might've been better to leave it there as this type hornet usually will not bother people unless you bother their nest. They are also good pollinators and kill other pests such as mosquitoes, unlike the ground-dwelling yellow jackets, which do none of that. Loved the education about these pests! Since there are many children in the neighborhood, their was no question in my mind to get rid of the nest. Billy suited up in the "bee suit", exterminated them, and removed the nest from the tree. He explained that the bees that are already "out & about" may return to the area for up to 48 hours. If they land on the tree limb, they will die immediately. I was assured that the product used is not toxic to the tree. I have a 90-day guarantee that if the hornets rebuild in the same general area, they will return and provide service free of charge. TOP-NOTCH SERVICE!

I called on Friday morning and had the option of getting service before noon that day. We arranged an appointment for 1:30 and they arrived exactly on time, explained what needed to be done, how to preserve the area following treatment and when to contact them if more bees persisted after the initial treatment. Their work is guaranteed for 6 months at no extra charge. I couldn't be more pleased.

This provider was wonderful. Explained everything that was going on and presented all options to us. We were very pleased with how quick and easy the process was and will continue to use them for their pest prevention services.

They didn't come back on their own, I had to call and request service again. They told me it would have to be an inside-outside service for $125. I said that I had been quoted $95 for an outside service, and the tech called the office, "to see what the real quote was.' He said that the office confirmed I had been quoted $125, until I was able to find a receipt with the original quote on it. He then said it was too wet outside to spray outside, so they would have to come back. It has been 4 weeks and no one ever came back. Today I called to ask about service, and was told it was because of the weather. Well, how did they ever expect to guarantee I'd not have bugs if they can't spray all winter? I also was told that if a dry day happened, there would be 30 customers ahead of me waiting for service. Apparently they are too busy to honor their quoted service. I was duped, lied to, treated poorly, and got no kind of guarantee. My house is full of spiders, we get bit every night in our sleep. This was a waste of money and time.

So far so good my wife hates spiders so we hope this will take care of it. They said you see any movement just call us and believe me my wife will!

Outstanding Service. This solved our problem with ants and spiders. We have used this company previously with excellent results. They were prompt, courteous, professional and did an outstanding job. We will definitely use them again.
