I liked that the person who came to do the estimate was the person who actually did the work. Brian was superlative in every detail. He was not intrusive and is one of the most pleasant people I've ever met. He brings "above and beyond" to a new level because he is so obliging without making the customer feel he (Brian) is being taken advantage of. He is quick, neat, meticulous in detail, and performs every aspect of the job as close to perfection as one could hope for or expect. He is very conscientious in all matters, including not wanting to be in the customer's "space" longer than necessary to get the work done well. Nothing was subcontracted: a situation with which I have encountered problems in the past when a contractor hired an inferior sub. I cannot say enough good things about Brian's professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, work ethic, and job performance. It feels like we have a new house. The colors we chose were unconventional, and all Brian had to say about it was complimentary. A great job by a nice person.

Brian and his helper did a wonderful job. Very nice men. Fast and clean. His price was more than other quotes but worth it. Will use them again!

Did a nice job. Finished ahead of schedule and readjusted the price. Was supposed to come back the next day to move furniture back but he called and said he threw his back out. So I had to moved it back myself. No big deal. A follow-up call would have been nice though.

Oh my goodness, what an absolutely wonderful experience we had with Brian as a person, and as a professional painter. I am the type of person who likes to save money and do the work myself. I had planned to strip the wallpaper in my foyer, then paint it, and my hallway one color and finish by painting my family room with a darker shade in the same family of color. I did my foyer and hallway, which because I'm not a professional, but am a perfectionist took about 10 days working every day. I was getting ready to start the family, when my husband pleaded with me to hire someone given the height of the ceilings, and his fear for my safety. I hesitantly agreed, and proceeded to go to Angieslist to find someone reputable. I read the reviews and picked two people to try. When Brian was able to come directly over, and recognizing my desire to get the work done ASAP, he volunteered to fit me in on the weekend. When he told me he would start and finish on Saturday, and quoting the price I was sold. Brian is such a personable man, I immediately knew I had found the right person. If his work was as good as his presentation and price, I would retire my brushes forever. Brian arrived on time, took care to protect all areas of the room, he started his work. What a difference a professional is. His precision to detail was only outdone my the speed he was able to accomplish the work!! I am stunned! Why would I ever do my own painting when I feel I have found an artist in his field. I have found a gold mine. He looked at other areas I am thinking of doing, gave me and estimate for one, and explaining what the other would require. His knowledge base is wonderful. It was such a positive experience to find such a professional person that paying them makes you happy, because you KNOW it is worth every penny. The room is gorgeous, and the day is only half over, unbelievable. If you are searching for a painter, please stop your search here, you need go no further. I guarantee you WILL NOT be disappointed. Brian is a gem to work with- responsive to initial calls ,good communication, prompt service, super job with painting and prep work, helpful with color choices and minor changes with walls to be painted, convinced my husband to let the color " flow" :-) Prices are excellent, Brian is very professional, excellent work ethic, and someone you would welcome at your dinner table. This is a person who is welcome in our home anytime.

It turned out beautifully, we couldn't be more pleased with his work. The stain on the quarter-round footings perfectly matched the existing baseboard trim. Brian's work was extremely professional and timely and the price he charged was very reasonable.

One thing I noticed about Brian, he looked around the house and when he noticed things that needed to be done over and above what the contractors were obligated to provide, he would just go ahead and do it and then explain why it was necessary and we were pleased to get the advice..

Brian gave a work and time estimate. We agreed and he scheduled and completed the work as quoted. We were pleased!

Brian was very professional and very punctual, and almost dead on with his timeline. The weather caused for poor traveling conditions otherwise he would have been right on schedule. He did most of the work himself, but did call upon someone to do the more intricate detailing on the ceiling cracks where the Spanish lace texturing was involved, as well as some of the wall repairs that needed more extensive re-taping and mudding to be fixed properly. He left the colors up to me but offered some great advice that worked out great, such as using matte paint in rooms that receive a lot of light. Because of the weather, he will need to come back to finish the doors leading to the exterior, which I appreciate as I would rather have it done correctly than quickly. He already has a list in hand of more things I want done. I never once felt concerned about leaving him alone in my house, or having him around my young kids. He is a joy to work with and so reasonably priced!

He responded to my inquiry quickly. Came right over and gave us a quote. Included the price of paint etc. in the quote so there was no additions to the quote. Showed up on time. Finished the job in the time he said he would. Was over all pleasant.

Started on time and finished on time. Could not be happier with Brian's work ethic and quality of the work completed. Brian addressed any concerns promptly and was very professional. He took time to explain the work being performed and materials being used. I would not hesitate to use Brian again.

He answered by call the very next day and his quote was very reasonable. He was on time and completed the job within the limits he set forth, he also made more suggestions while here that required more effort on his part but did not charge any extra.

I found this company on Angie's List and it was a very positive experience. He was a good communicator who was prompt and professional in getting me their opinions and estimates. I don't have any complaints about him.

Unlike so many contractors we've dealt with before, Brian was very responsive to calls and always arrived precisely on time. We received an email estimate for the work the same day that we reviewed the work to be done with him. We felt very comfortable providing him with access to the house while we were not there. He removed all coverings and cleaned up the area at the end of every day. Work quality was excellent and he welcomed feedback on any areas that needed additional attention. Both he and his brother were a real pleasure to have working in the house. As a side note, they did some additional work on a deck where I wanted specific reinforcement woodworking done. Just like with the painting, their efforts were always focused on giving the customer just what he wanted. Excellent work! Mike & Julie

He came to paint the exterior of our house. He powerwashed the outside and painted.

iWent to the home and garden show and picked up one of his sheets and called him for an estimate. He came over the same day I called him. He was very prompt with his estimate and approximately 1 month later I gave him a call for the work. He started when he said he would and his original quote did not change. I am so very happy with his work, very neat and professional. He was here every morning and completed the job in the time frame he quoted. I will be calling him back for more painting in the future.

What a great experience this turned out to be! We had quotes from the "big" companies and then called Brian. His quote was almost half for the same amount of work! He is so personable and easy to work with. He performed the work within two weeks of the quote and he finished the job within two days. We have 25 ft ceilings in the great room and the quality of work at the peak is the same as the quality at the baseboards. He moved the furniture and there wasn't a speck of paint on any floors or furniture when he was done. His parting words were to call if we found anything not to our satisfaction. There was no reason to call, but I'm sure he would have returned immediately if it had been necessary. We will call Brian for any indoor or outdoor painting needs in the future!

From initial contact through final inspection, Brian treated us with professionalism, courtesy and integrity. His quote was very reasonable and the final cost never deviated from the quote. He told us when he would start and he showed up on the day he promised. Despite the considerable amount of siding to paint, the entire job took last than 3 days, including the power-wash prep work. Brian honored every agreement in full and the final outcome was spectacular! Brian is a skilled, honest, and thorough professional and I would highly recommend him without any reservations.

Brian is an exemplary worker he does beautiful work is reasonably priced & is honest & dependable he took great care to cover furniture etc. To replaced all items he had removed.

We ran into them at the home show. He did timely work and got it done in the timeline he said he would. We were very pleased. We were very satisfied and we would have them again without hesitation.
