Responded quickly to request for estimate. Suggested that it might be better to replace the whole flat roof, but could do the repair although it probably wouldn't last more than a few years. Also gave estimate for replacing the roof. Went with the repair which was done quickly and efficiently. Workman also cleared away overhanging branches.

Barry was a pleasure to deal with and was true to his word on every detail.

They fixed the leak and a few other small things. They were very nice to work with and concerned enough to reschedule some less pressing work so that my ceiling didn't get more damaged. truly a pleasure to work with

I noticed a section of missing shingles on my roof after the snow had melted. I checked Angie's list at saw that A & B Construction had a great rating. I checked the BBB and they had an A+ there too so I called. Rob was pleasant and said he could come out and look at it that same day. Rain was due the next day so I asked him to cover it with plastic if he felt it was needed. I was not going to be home so he said he would call me once he had looked at it. He called a couple hours later and said that he could fix it that same day. He asked if I had any extra shingles, which I did not. So he went and bought the exact same shingles and then drove back and fixed it. So from 10 AM until 3 PM it was all fixed. I never did meet him...we just spoke on the phone 2-3 times. What great service!! It did rain a lot the next day, but I was not worried at all.

They were on the spot and looked everything over. They were excellent.

Outstanding! Barry and Stan were great from the moment we contacted them. They were the only company we had do estimates that gave us options. (Patch, roof over existing shingles, remove / replace). They were both genuine and honest, and really wanted to do a good job for us. We had our choice of shingles narrowed down to two different colors and were trying to figure out which suited our home better. About a day later, we found a hand written note from Barry in our front door with a list of about a dozen houses in our area with both types of shingle on them. They were very proactive and professional throughout the estimation process and installation of the new roof. Once we gave the go ahead, they began work within a week and were done in 2 days. They took great care not to damage our lawn and deck, and did a great job with the cleanup. We would absolutely recommend A&B and are considering them for some other projects.

They were extremely neat with the clean up process and this is something I really liked about their work. They are an excellent company to use and I will probably be using again them for to put siding on my house.

Our first contact with this company was very professional and personable. It took longer to complete, than he had told us it would, but overall we were very satisfied. About two weeks after the job was complete, they billed us. We were very pleased with a 5 year warranty on the work performed.

They did a wonderful job. We were happy with their work & ask for additional work to be done on the house.
