Unlike most plumbers, I was provided a full price quote for installation over the phone, as I am an out of state Landlord. Communication was excellent and turnaround time rapid, a must for a landlord. I was only charged after the installation was completed, which was one week after order was placed. I spend a day or more calling several plumbers/installers and had poor or no feedback or outrageous install costs quoted , prior to going with this company. I would use them again in the future, if needed.

I called at 3 pm on Thursday to have an old refrigerator hauled away and they came at 9 am the next day. Their price was very reasonable in my opinion. They were very professional, called when they were on the way.

I had them come out to repair my washer.

I have been using him for both my rental properties and my house. What stands out the most is the level of service and honesty I'm looking for when I'm buying an appliance to determine whether I need to repair the appliance or replace it. I feel like he gives me the information I need in order to make an informed decision. He obviously knows the business, he knows the appliances, usually when I call him, I'll tell him what the problem is, I'll have the model information and from there he'll tell me if there are outstanding recalls or something that happens regularly with that particular model.

I found them on Angies list. Their services were great but the first time I called I was waiting for them to call me back and they didn't. I think it was just a glitch in the system because after that they came out and they were great.

I had a stove in a rental unit that had a couple of non-working glass top burners. Marks determined that the cost of replacing those particular burners was almost as much as buying a new stove. So I ended-up buying a used oven from Mark's and they delivered and installed the replacement oven quickly. They ended-up waiving the initial service call since I purchased the replacement from them I was pleased with the overall experience and would use them again.

Mark was punctual, professional, quick and very nice. He gave us some good tips on the washing machine. It took less than an hour and we just paid for the service call. We were very happy with his service and would call him again in a heartbeat. It is nice to find someone that you can call and feel will do a good job for a good price.

Our 3 year old refrigerator, just off warranty, quit making ice and we couldn't get water thru the door. Mark came at 7 a.m. To see what was wrong. Discovered on the visit that water was coming thru but ice maker apparently was networking. He suggested that thetap from the water line was inadequate and recommended that it be corrected. He had to order an ice maker. No charge for the45 minute service call. Called the next day to schedule another visit to fix the water line and replace the ice maker. Showed up at 7 a.m. again. He fixed the water tap first, drilling a hole in the supply line instead of the pin p**** that the original installer used. Got the water flowing much faster than before. Heathen removed the old ice maker, not an easy job for a bottom freezer. Noted that the supply cup, which had to be reused on the new ice maker, was frozen. After we removed the ice, he suggested that that may have been the cause of not getting ice. He said that he would reinstall my ice maker and keep the one that he brought for a replacement. All in all, he was here for about 90 minutes for the two visits. He did not install an ice maker we didn't need, increased the water flow to the refrigerator substantially, and charged me $80, including parts! I-cannot express my amazement or appreciation enough. This guy is first class. If you consider anyone but A-1 Mark, you are making a huge mistake.

Excellent on all counts. Mark was prompt. He gave me an estimate over the phone based on symptoms with the refrig. Replaced thermostat on the evaporator coil. Called before the service and called after the service to describe what he had fixed. This was a rental unit and he contacted the renter and coordinated the service call. Excellent, high integrity service. Very knowledgeable.

I went in not knowing what to expect, only knowing I needed a stove and I needed one quick! Most of their appliances are old and bisque, not exactly what you want in a modern kitchen. However I was able to find a GE gas range for $275 that was white and looked brand new. I had seen this exact same model stove at Lowes for $590 earlier that day. I spoke to a salesman and We agreed on $250 + $30 to deliver and install. The delivery guys were at my home 1.5 hours later just as promised! Great experience, great stove!

Technician's expertise allowed him to fix the problem in about 15 minutes. No parts needed.

He was here for a short time and he cleaned up after himself. I would use him again if needed. Very good service and price.

This business answered my call immediately (no phone tag) and in a very professional way. Mark came out the next day as scheduled to look at the washer. He gave us a detailed estimate of the cost to replace the belt, and advised how to prevent wearing out the belt in the future. He had the part with him, and fixed it in one visit. In addition, because it was an older washer (cheaper part) and the repair went smoothly, he performed the task in less time and for less money than his original estimate. He also shared information on the age, condition, and model of our washing machine. He seemed extremely helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable.

When I called and described the problem, an appointment was set for the next morning. He had the part on his truck and replaced it in about 10 minutes.

It went very well. He was prepared. He brought a part that may have been the problem but didn't end up using it. He was professional and honest. He also showed me what to do if a sock gets stuck again in the future.

He comes out right away. He doesn't try to tell you anything that isn't true and doesn't try to service anything than what he was asked to service. He does good work.

I like that he came prepared to work. He made sure that the freezer was working before determining that would solve the problem. I feel that his prices are fair and he is up front about his schedule. I have used him for five years and I am happy he is in our area.
