Description of Work: Fixed the drier by replacing two heating coils. Checked over dishwasher that was leaking and found a hole in the plastic tub. Could not repair but provided advice on how to repair it with epoxy.

Description of Work: We called him about the dryer. He came right when he said he would, took it apart, replaced the bearing, fixed the seal and the heating element, cleaned out the lint inside the workings, put it back together and it works great. |It took about half an hour and he was very nice and absolutely knew what he was doing!

Description of Work: My dryer was making very loud noise. A1marks figured out quickly the problem and made the repair.

Description of Work: The motor in our washer burned out, and they replaced it. This required two visits, both on the same day, and overall we were pleased that they were able to make the repair on the same day it was diagnosed. I was miffed, though, about the way the repairman bumped my appointment, and it cost me a half-day of missed work rather than a half and hour. | |

Description of Work: I was overcharged for the part I needed. They charged me $100 for the same part that I found elsewhere for $67. When I called the shop and asked about the price difference, I was told "well, you knew the price when you ordered it." The guy on the phone practically hung up on me. Knowing now, how overpriced their parts are, I wonder what else they do not price fairly. I will never use them again nor will I recommend them to anybody I know.

Description of Work: They were professional and went straight to work on stove top and oven. Only replace what needed and cleaned area. Was there that same day and out in under a hour.

Description of Work: We had a suspicion that our refrigerator wasn't going to be able to be fixed, and they confirmed this, after doing a very thorough inspection. I appreciate that they didn't try to convince us to invest in repairs that weren't going to do any good.

Description of Work: Mark asked what preceded the problem with our dishwasher. He then told me how to fix it, myself. No service call. No charge. He didn't even suggest I made a stupid mistake. (Which was the truth).

Description of Work: Worked us in the schedule fast. Fixed the problem with our refrigerator quickly. I was amazed at the low cost for such top notch service.

Description of Work: had a phone conversation with him and he said I didn't need his service. had a lot of clutter on my screen when and said it would be safe-no fire hazard.I haven't had any problems since.

Description of Work: Mark fixed our washing machine. He came and checked it to see what was wrong and could tell right away that it needed a new timer. He said he would order it, and call us with the information. He called shortly after, told us the price of the timer and the cost of the service call. We decided to go ahead and do it. He set up an app't. at that time knowing he would have the timer come in. The price was exactly as quoted. Mark was efficient, prompt, knowledgeable, professional, nice and did exactly what he said he would. We will definately use him for future applicance problems.

Description of Work: My phone call for service was returned quickly and they squeezed me in by the next day. The gentleman that showed up was very polite and did great work. He was in and out in a short amount of time and I was back doing laundry that afternoon. He also noticed another problem with the switch on our dryer and ordered a replacement piece for it. Overall I was more than thrilled with the work and have officially found a new large appliance repair man. I highly recommend using this company!
