My husband, an architect recently passed. He purchased electric blinds prior to his death. I had no clue from where or how to install. Charlie from A Designers Touch took care of all the details. I was so relieved and pleased at his handling all the details and installation at a minimal cost. He did such a great job I hired him for another studio we own and Charlie suggested options for luxury curtains. Fantastic & Fabulous was the experience, trust and price.

When I insisted on what I preferred, the agent used argumentative tone when I insisted on what I wanted. He was 1 hour late for first visit --- He actually denied that we had agreed on a 3;o clock appointment. he eventually appeared at 4:30 instead, stating the traffic on bridge was heavy. He said blinds would be ready three weeks from first visit however, he called to say he could bring them at an earlier date. The stated date was not a good date for me and I requested he come another day that week. He insisted he could come earlier on that date. Again, he did not arrive at the time, as agreed. Therefore, it was necessary to set another date as I had stated.

On time and felt safe with him in my house. Very pleased with all my new shades!

I contacted this company early Sunday Morning, and Charlie Marshall called me back within a couple of hours. I told him that I wanted to hang some heavy drapes for my mom and I felt as though I couldnâ t do it by myself. He told me that he could come out free of charge and give me an estimate on what the job would cost. I asked was it anyway he could come out today due to my busy work schedule. He came out that day and because I had everything that was needed to complete the job he installed the drapes. It took him about 30 mins to finish and the drapes looked wonderful!! Charlie gave me excellent service and I would recommend him to anyone who is needing drapes installed!!! Also his price was very reasonable too!!! Great work!!!
