 + -1 moreCharlie was quick to respond with estimates and projecting the completion dates. He was very professional and the final product exceeded our expectations. One of the shades did not fit properly and he took the shade back and returned the corrected shade very quickly.

 + -1 moreIt went well. We did not like how the drapes hit the door handles when opening and closing so he took everything down and made adjustments to take care of it. Had a problem with one of the pulleys and he was out the next morning to correct.

Charlie was very professional and very cooperative to work with. Delivered some 3 weeks later. Could not be more pleased with the finished product. Simple but elegant. He installed and provided finishing touches. Other family members very complimentary of the finished treatment. A bit pricey but really appreciated the $100.00 off coupon. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.
