Two Men And A Truck

This is the second time I have used this company in the past few months. Once for moving my oldest daughter and then for myself. Both experiences were less than ideal. I requested their most experienced, best movers and three very young men showed up. They could not figure out how to unhook my refrigerator. The one man turned the water off to my kithcen sink but could not get the water line shut off to the refrigerator. The line ended up having to be cut and he was going to leave it in my sink just pouring water. I asked him if he was planning on paying my water bill. I had to kink the line and of course he left the water off to the kitchen sink. This process took an extended period of time at which I was being billed $102.00 per hour. I imagine a more experienced team could have figured out how to disconnect the water line in a timely manner. When we arrived at the new house they placed items in the incorrect rooms and when I asked them to put them where they belong they forgot some of them which meant I had to do it myself or for one large item find a man to move it for me. Once again I was paying them to move this stuff not my friends. They also lost the pins for a shelving unit in my garage so now I have this cabinet that is worthless sitting there and they lost two pole caps for another shelving unit I had them put in the basement. Supposedly, I am going to be contacted by someone to fix the shelving problem but that hasn't happened yet. Also, after they left I realized they had left a large pile of pads and plastic wrap in the middle of my kitchen floor. I am sorry I gave this company another chance after they moved my daughter. If and when I need a moving company in the future I will use someone else.

The only issue was when they moved the refrigerator they had to remove the handle. I did not notice that it was not attached at the destination so it currently does not have a handle. After leaving a few messages with the company, Lyndi Calhoun contacted me via a voice message and email to notify me that the missing handle had been found the next day. Other then this issue nothing was damaged and there where not scratches on wood floors.

I thought that their services were great. We had a handful of guys; they were professional and they didn't break anything. They moved at a quick pace, which was important to me. I wanted to get things done quickly and they responded to that very well. They worked and weren't like talking on the phone or standing around or anything, they were on task. I thought that they were just really nice guys. We would use them again in the future.

The men moving my parents belongings did a wonderful job.

Received a call with a quote in a timely manner and quote was spot on. Movers showed up and were quick, courteous, and professional. I will be using Two Men and a Truck again and have recommended them to all my friends who mention they need to move! DO expect a relaxing moving experience when you hire this company!

It was excellent. I have no complaints at all. No damage.

They were on time, which I find to be very important. They seemed experienced, wrapped up all of my furniture, and were very careful. They were friendly, pleasant, and I didn't have any problems with them being in my homes. They did a good job and I would recommend them to others. I liked them so well that I wrote them an extra check to use to buy themselves lunch.

The people that came out were very professional and got right to doing what they needed to be doing. They got it finished in a timely manner. They were just nice to work with and we didn't have any problems with them. They didn't have to wrap anything. They were on time and in and out of the house and didn't waste my money or my time. They just got the job done. They were careful with what they were doing. I had called several places around and their price was pretty much in the ballpark. They were really good.

The men arrived on time and worked efficiently and quickly. They were all polite and took care with the items. I would recommend these guys to others.

I think they are on Angie's List. They showed up on time. They were prompt. They are very good and they pack up very quickly. They were done in less time than they had quoted originally. They had some trouble getting my furniture into the new apartment. They did damage the doorway. They did break a couple of other items too. Their price was fair and not outstanding. They got frustrated trying to move stuffs around. I would probably use them again in the future.

A lot of stuff was damaged when they took it to the storage unit. When they picked it up from the storage unit and moved it into our home, they acknowledged all of the damaged pieces and made sure we were aware. Customer service contacted us right away and scheduled people to come repair things that were damaged. Our dining room set was pretty bad and unable to be fixed, so they bought it from us. Even though they did damage a lot of things, they made up for it in customre service.

We've used them twice and we really like them. We know the owner and he goes to our church. They did a really good job and it went really well. They were efficient and didn't waste any time. The price was very reasonable. They charge by the hour and we thought it would take all day but it only took a few hours. The price was very good. We would call them again.

The move was fine, but I thought they were pricey. Their prices changed from the estimate to the actual job. They need to do a better job on their estimates.

My husband and I were very impressed with Two Men and A Truck. Our three movers were extremely nice and hard working. The were determined to move us in the time quoted and worked very hard to ensure that they did not go over the time. They were very respectful of our belongings. We would definitely use them again

They came and gave us an estimate. The estimate was really, really off. Instead of having 2 trucks it ended up being 4 or 5. The price was way off but they really tried to work with us. They didn't honor their estimate but they never said they would. The actual movers were wonderful. It was just the estimating that was a little bit off and they didn't make us pay the full amount. We paid between the estimate and the full price so it was very fair. It was an unusual move and the fee included the storage. They had only estimated that we needed 1 truck for overnight but they certainly honored what we needed them to do.

I spent about $500 on the move. They were very reasonable. They were easy to talk to and I could explain what I needed. They were very accommodating. Everything was perfect. They were great. Their price was average. However, I had to call them twice to get them to call me back and schedule. I will use them again in the future. I will never move on my own again.

They were reasonably priced. They were prompt. Their vehicle and the equipment on board were clean and professionally stored. The men who performed the move were in uniform and experienced. We were quite pleased with them. We would use them again for moving as long as it is local.

They came and did an inspection of what all I had to move. They quoted me a price and everything, and when I agreed to it, they came and moved everything. It was fast, and nothing got broken. Great Job! Moved us to a rental after selling our home. I asked the same crew to move us to our new home in a few weeks.

They were punctual. There were a couple of items that we had to turn in a damage report for. There was a doorway where they were moving a couch out of and they didn't have it wrapped or protected and it rubbed up against the wood and put a little knick in our wood door. As a result it kind of rubbed the leather on the couch. They took care of the damage and compensated us to have the door fixed. It would have been ideal if it hadn’t happened. We would use them again.

They started fast. The packing was fast, but the only thing was that they did not have an eye for order. When we opened the boxes, everything was mixed with each other. Nothing was damaged but everything was in a confusing order. We had a problem with that. Other than that, they were quick and efficient because they did not put anything in order. The move itself went smoothly. They came in at the time they promised and they carried and they finished at the time they promised. The price was good. It was the best of the ones I contacted.
