Tom Dreyer Tree Man

They were not very organized but they got the job done.

My experience has been very good. He is reasonably priced. He is very informative. He cleaned up after himself. He also followed up with me the next fall to see if I needed some additional tree's trimmed. I would recommend him and use him again.

Tom did an excellent job. He cut the trees exactly as I specified, cleaned up completely, and most importantly he made my trees look good.

They did good work, very neat and cleaned up when finished. On time and courteous.

The job was split over 2 days, with the temperatures ranging in the high 90's with a heat index of over 100 degrees. The big tree was 2 feet from the corner of the house, and Tom and his crew dropped it right where they planned, with no damage to the house. The stump grinder was unavailable to come out on the final day, but came 2 days later, and did a great job, with good clean up.

One tree was near other established landscape, and Tom and his son took great care not to disturb other landscape. They cleaned everything up very well afterwards.

He gave an extra discount since I was an Angie's List member. He did a good job.

They always do good work at a fair price.

Tom Dryer is both professional and personable. He arrived with an experienced and efficient crew. Clean up was immaculate. Also, Tom was very patient with me changing my mind about what to do about the stump.

I called 4 companies, and Tom was the only one to call back the same day. He came by the next day for an estimate and was able to do the work about two days later. He and his crew were fast, efficient, and did a great job of cleaning up. They cut the trees down close to the ground and were very careful around my plants and ground cover. They had to move a swing set, but put it back when they were done.

Excellent. He gave me a competitive quote. He did the work efficiently and completely. He did everything he said he would do. He also offered useful advice about tree maintenance.

Mr. Dreyer did a great job. He was very good about communicating with me when there needed to be a delay due to weather. The brush was completely removed down to the smallest limbs. He did a better job than I would have done myself. His estimate, which he stuck to, was also cheaper than two other services I called. I am very happy.

THE WORK WAS DONE ON TIME. ALL THE WOOD WAS HAULED AWAY AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB WITH CLEANUP OF MY PROPERTY. I WAS ESPECIALLY IMPRESSED WITH HOW SAFELY THEY WERE ABLE TO CUT DOWN MY VERY TALL TRESS CLOSE TO THE HOUSE AND POWER LINES WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM. GREAT PRICE.

Tom came out to do the estimate the day I called. His was the low bid, and when I called to accept, he came out the next day to do the work. Did a very good job with the work and clean up.

Have used this company's services before. The crew was available to meet our schedule, arrived promptly, and completed all the work in a few hours. Tom listened to what we wanted to achieve and gave excellent suggestions about how to do it. Cleanup was very good.

I have used Tom at least to trim and shape up trees in our yard one time each year for the past several years. He has always done the work in a professional manner and cleaned the area of work to look better than before he began the work.

We have used them in the past and have been well satisfied. We plan to use him in the future.

He was cheaper than Ping's. He did an excellent job, very nice and the clean-up was excellent. I couldn't have asked for a better job. Came on time. Gave me an estimate first. Got the stump cut all the way down to the ground and raked up the debris. I would give them an A+ if I could!

HE SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DIDN'T TRY TO TALK ME INTO DOING ADDITIONAL WORK.

DREYER'S EQUIPMENT WAS BROKEN DOWN WHICH TOOK EXTRA TIME FOR HIM TO REMOVE THE STUMPS, AT AN EXTRA CHARGE. THE JOB TOOK MORE THAN ONE DAY WHICH WAS NOT A PROBLEM, BUT BRANCHES WERE LEFT PILED IN A NEIGHBORS YARD IN THE INTERIM WHICH CAUSED ME TO RECEIVE A COMPLAINT FROM THE NEIGHBOR. DREYER STATED THAT HE WOULD CLEAN UP AFTER THE GRINDING, BUT LEFT 11 WHEELBARROWS OF MUD AND WOOD CHIPS WHICH MY CONCRETE REPAIRMAN CHARGED ME $75 TO REMOVE AND TAKE TO THE DUMP. I WILL NOT USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

HE WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND DID A GOOD JOB.

THIS WAS NOT A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. IN ALL MY YEARS USING ANGIE'S LIST, THIS IS THE FIRST CONTRACTOR THAT I'VE USED THAT I FELT SHOULD NOT BE ON ANGIE'S LIST. I COULD HAVE DONE BETTER BY USING THE YELLOW PAGES.

I EVENTUALLY USED SOMEONE ELSE ONLY BECUASE WHEN I WAS TALKING TO HIM, HE MENTIONED THAT HE HAD AN INJURY THAT WAS RELATED TO "AN ALTERCATION." THAT WAS ENOUGH TO CONVINCE ME TO USE SOMEONE ELSE. HE THEN QUOTED ME A PRICE OF $375 BUT THEN KNOCKED IT DOWN TO $275 WHEN I HESITATED. ANOTHER ANGIE'S LIST TREE SERVICE PROFESSIONAL CAME IN AT 1/3 OF HIS ORIGINAL QUOTE. BUT IT WAS HIS STATEMENT ABOUT HIS "THE ALTERCATION" THAT REALLY CONVINCED ME TO GO ELSEWHERE.
