They took care of obtaining the permit and they leveled off an area where my fencing was in sad shape. They came out and put in a filter, leveled it, and sodded it all in. I am going to have him come back out in the Spring and do my "spring clean up." They even give you a written estimate and a contract and they are very professional.

I felt the estimate I received was very well done and that the quoted price was fair and reasonable. I was impressed with John Lane's knowledge and professionalism.

It was overgrown and everything. They ripped everything out, redesigned the area and planted trees and so forth. They were very prompt. They have come back since then and replaced a couple of things. We are planning on using them again.

Susan Gerdom, our landscape architect, was very easy to work with. She provided a comprehensive landscaping plan for our front, side, and back yards. She was very flexible in modifying the plan to meet our initial goal of creating a backyard where none existed and doing some initial work on the front yard. The work crew was organized, answered any questions we had and completed the entire process in three days from tilling the entire back yard, installing sod, plants, shrubs,and trees, and mulching the areas not sodded. We were very pleased with the initial results and continue to be two months after the work was completed.

Everything went extremely well. The started on time and did an excellent job removing, relocating, and installing the plants per the design that they created for us.

We are very happy with the services provided. They are responsive, punctual and the work was excellent. The individuals who performed the landscaping were very cordial and friendly. I couldn't be more pleased and plan to use them again next year. Thanks to them for a job well done.

Installation was delayed by the many rain storms of late spring and early summer but once they could start, the crew installed the walk in a day and a half. They smoothed the earth around the stones and re-seed with grass seed. The grass seed is doing well and the walk soon will look like it has been in place for years. The walk has a lovely rustic and naturalistic look because the stones have irregular shapes and rough surfaces-- just as I had imagined.

The Noll group is just terrific. They have provided us with this service for the past several years and they do an outstanding job. The estimate for the job is what is accomplished and charged, there have been no surprises. The work is excellent, the personnel are very pleasant and they clean up after the job. There are no touch ups required by us. We would, and have, recommended them to anyone who asks us.

The work went fine. It could have gone better, but they got everything straightened out. The job turned out to be really nice. We used Trex decking, so you don't have to do a whole lot of maintenance. They weren't the most expensive and they weren't the least, but they were very comparable. Their quality of work was very good. They were responsive and punctual.

It is our third year working with Susan and she is great. The landscaping proposal was complete and easy to understand. We could tell from the drawings it would look wonderful - and it does! Susan did a great job of listening to what we wanted and also to our budget so her original proposal was perfect. The work was done efficiently and the communication before and after having the work done was friendly and professional. We will definitely use them in the future.

We called Mike Noll in Mid March and asked for an estimate to modify some of our front yard landscape. Mike came out, got our ideas, suggested some of his own and said he would send a layout and estimate for us to review. We received the estimate on 4/1/2011, reviewed it and called Mike to tell him we liked it. We sent him a downpayment along with the signed estimate. He called back and said we were on the work list now and that it would be completed in approximately two weeks. Subsequently, his landscape manager, Don, called and told us we were scheduled for 4/14/2011. We gave him our cell number since we weren't going to be home that day so he could call us if he had any questions. They came as scheduled and called our cell once about a mulch question. When we got home, the work was completed and it looked great. They did an excellent job and we were very pleased with the overall appearance. The next day, Mike Noll called us and asked if we were satisfied with the work and if later anything didn't look right, call him and they would fix it. Great customer service!

We are exceptionally pleased with the outcome. Susan was a pleasure to work with and adjusted the plans to fit our budget. Since we had the work done in late fall, I'm anxious to see how everything will look in the spring. We plan to use Noll to finish the back yard in the future. The Angie's discount was great, too!

Called Mike for an estimate and his suggestions for what to do with our overgrown yard in our new home. He listened to my ideas, gave me his ideas and we came up with a plan. The men arrived to do the work on time and went about the business of making it happen. We were very happy with the results and have gotten many compliments on our yard. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

They dug up the area in between 3 houses. They laid pipes, rocks and covered it. The also drained the water that had clogged on the grass for some time. The representatives came around inspected the area and sent us an estimate and they came out to do the work. Another reason to opt for Noll Landscape, they quoted us the lowest. The work carried out was fine. I will use their services in future.

We are still in the process of dealing with this company, and it's been pleasant so far. The person I worked with was very easy to talk with. They listened to us well and were fairly quick about getting design ideas to us.

I couldn't be more pleased. From the first contact with Susan via the phone, the estimate was done within an hour (she used Google Earth to get the rough measurements, since all the beds I wanted were along the house, porch & driveway.) She answered my questions & immediately understood what I was wanting, in addition confirming my thoughts about the size of one bed, based on the plantings I was considering. There was about a six/seven week wait to get the work done (I scheduled in late April), but the wait was well worth it. I was really happy that Noll took care of the "calling before you dig" task too. The workers themselves were professional & punctual, and even mulched an existing raised bed that was not part of the contracted work - at no charge. What would have taken me an entire weekend (or more?) took them 4 hours, and now I have gorgeous beds ready for planting - which is the part I know how to do. I would use them again in a minute! I called and left the message with their secretary, and I never received a call back to obtain a quote. I ended up using another landscaping company to install the stones.

In two words, absolutely wonderful! I worked with John Lane who came out and discussed the project with me. He was extremely patient in answering my questions. Measurements were taken and a very complete drawing of the site along with recommendations were provided. The quote also contained pictures and descriptions of the plants being suggested. This helped greatly in getting a feel for what the finished product would look like. We were delayed a few days due to the rains of the latter part of May but I was kept informed of the status. At the 11th hour I contacted John with a request for some additional flowering plants. he cheerfully made suggestions all with keeping in my original goal of having landscaping that looked good but would not require a lot of ongoing upkeep. He was very sensitive to that request and worked hard to make sure we achieved that goal. I was unable to be home on the day of installation but that wasn't a concern. John was onsite and managed the project. When I returned home that evening one wouldn't have guessed that much work including the removal had been done other than the super finished look. Nothing was out of place or harmed. In fact, I had several neighbors who were home that day remark to me how professional the crew was. My hat goes off to John Lane, his crew and The Noll Group for a job well done. I might also mention that I received an email that evening from John outlining the work done and very specific watering and care instructions.

I worked with a gentleman name John. He took some of my ideas and made suggestions. He subitted an estimate promptly and scheduled the job as early as weather permitted. They showed up on time. John and I reviewed the plan and they worked very hard for two days. They did an excellent job and did a little more than was estimated. I got their name from the Flower & Patio show in 2009 and am glad I used them. Excellent company!

It was a great experience. The designer was willing to listen to my ideas and answer my questions. The workers were very knowledgeable and efficient. They cleaned up very well and it did not look as though someone had been on my property.

They started the work on schedule and finished on time. Mike personally met with me the day they started the job just to introduce me to the gentleman that would be managing the work site. After they were finished, Mike met with me again to ensure my satisfaction and to review helpful hints on how to care for my new landscape. Every Noll employee that I dealt with was excellent. I really appreciated the personal touch and there is no doubt that this company over delivered what they promised. I met them at the Home & Garden Show in 2009. We have been trying to figure out what to do with an area at the back of our lot that retains water. They helped us put in a landscaped area with plants that like a wet area. It looks great!
