They were very good and very meticulous. They had the least expensive quote and did a great job, we are very pleased with the results. They also followed up afterwards to make sure we were satisfied. They offered to fix any issues we had at that time but we had none.

Yard looks fabulous!! Susan is so easy to work with! She came out and made suggestions to solve our issues. Also, we had a wedding deadline with out-of-state guests coming and Noll Landscape got it all done in time! In fact, they always do! They show up, get to work and get the job done as previously agreed. We couldn't be happier.

They did a great job. The crew came ready to work and they kept going with the assigned tasks. They had a short lunch break but no other breaks on a hot summer day.

We started from scratch with landscaping in 2012, and after talking to several companies, chose to use John Lane at Noll. We always felt our now 46-year-old wooded property had great potential, but it had developed some problems, and we had never really given serious consideration to professional landscaping. We started in the front of the house and also at the driveway entrance, and then on a whim added a fireboulder/firepit area in the back with landscaping there, too. Along the driveway are numerous brown-toned boulders as well as lighting in the trees to help people stay on the curved driveway. Over time some stone pathways have been added through the front plant area. What a difference it has all made! We enjoyed seeing the wonderful changes so much that first year that we have continued using Noll each year to work our way further around the house. This year some final touches were added along with fresh mulch. I cannot tell you how many people have commented favorably on it in the past five years. And how we enjoy coming home to this! John has been so easy to work with and very patient with all our questions. He has given us great guidance on using native plants, wildflowers, and bushes, which are more likely to thrive in this geographic area. The crews have likewise been friendly, professional, and meticulous. We couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend the Noll group.

It was professional. They submitted a drawling and a detailed quote so that was good. We did not use them. The only reason I used them to get this quote, is because another company was not available. I would not use them again for a quote in the future. Really, I would say as far as using the company again, is not applicable. I'm not saying I would never use them, because I know they did some work another neighbor and it was good too, so I would say change that to a yes.

Quality, thoroughness, and professionalism from the start. Love everything they did, would definitely recommend and use again.

Ultimately I chose to hold off on this project but Noll was very responsive and worked to get someone out to my house to plan a patio, provide a quote and suggestions, and a blueprint for the same. When I choose to move forward with this project this summer, they'll be at the top of my list.

Contacted Noll Landscape for an estimate for project. Don from Noll Landscape came out to perform estimate. I was not there for this estimate. Scheduled the work which was running about a month out. Work was performed to my statisfaction while I was at work. Communication was handled over the phone and email. Very convenient and easy to deal with Don and Noll Landscape.

No further contact, no quote, drawing, call or anything. I will never be calling them again. Very disappointing.

Excellent experience. Landscape architect, Susan, met with us at property to discussed vision, then prepared several sketches with suggested plants for our particular sun drenched space. She was professional and very easy to work with for our design needs. Crew installed project on day promised, despite the rainy July. Crew was very attentive to work and completed project very quickly. Owner phoned the following day to ensure we were pleased with everything done. We would highly recommend this company and will most likely use them for future projects.

we have used this company for the past 8 years with no problem. this year they edged areas of our yard that they had never edged in the past. as a result, our invisible fence was cut. When I contacted the company to state that they had cut it, they stated that they were not responsible for it if it was not marked. I stated we had a sign in our front yard stating we have a fence and that they had edged an area that they were not supposed to - we had made the decision not to edge the back years ago because of the invisible fence. He stated he would get back to me. He got back to me and said that the person who did the work stated he had not edged that section. I sent a picture showing that they had in fact edged the section. They offered to come out and fix the fence themselves stating "it is usually not very expensive". Well, we are still trying to find all the nicks. we have replaced numerous sections and have been told by invisible fence it might be cheaper just to replace the whole thing. So now it looks like we will be spending another 2500 to replace the fence. We will never use this company again.

He did not get back to me, so I called, he apologized, and promised a drawing in the next day or two. He never got back to me.

Landscape architect came onsite to assess planting area and created several sketches and price estimates to accommodate our vision and budget.

This company is great to work with! We are so pleased with their work & how easy it is to communicate our needs. Susan is professional, punctual and has great ideas when I asked. We had work done by them last summer, including planting the ground cover she suggested. It went so well that we had them back this year to add stepping stones, mulch,more ground cover,etc. They also listened to my ideas and when I told them we had a graduation deadline, they were gracious to work us in and finished on time!

Great experience. Designer came right out to meet me. Gave me a lot of ideas to reuse existing perennials , where to clean up. Laid out the garden beds, made a nice plan for attractive mulching around the new beds and new plantings. Very professional, very easy. Everything survived the winter and looks healthy this spring.

Dealt with Noll from a distance without even being at the property here in Indianapolis when the work was done. John Lang was on site and saw to it the work was done as planned and agreed to. This organization it totally professional with attention to detail. The owner also called me to check on my level of satisfaction. I plan to use Noll again for future work.

They came out and did the work in one day, the finished product looks great, and I haven't had any water issues in my basement since! Would definitely use again.

They were very professional. They did just what I wanted. I had specific things that I wanted done. They drew up a nice plan and did the work in a day and a half. It was hard scape and planting and removing a lot of old shrubbery. They pulled it all out and cleaned up the whole area. Hardscaped with rock and planted areas and big boulders. They did just what I asked them to do. The crew were polite. I provided them with food and drink and they were totally surprised and grateful. It was done in August so it was hot. They cleaned up the area very well. They took all the debris away. Very polite and professional. There were 4 or 5 people there supervised all the time. Someone would come back and see what they were doing and redirect them and change a few things here and there. It was well done. I definitely recommend them.

The new patio looks like a page from a magazine. They worked efficiently and skillfully. We couldnt be more pleased.

Everyone at Noll is excellent and professional. We primarily worked with John Lane, but we also worked with Connor Noll. John is very knowledgeable about plants and did an excellent job with our design. This project was extra difficult because of the cistern that needed to be capped and the drainage and grading problems around the house. We are very pleased with the workmanship and quality of the work. I recommend them highly.

They are very good. They do good work. They are punctual and they are responsive.

Estimate went well. Provider was asking about 2000 more than other landscapers. We have not yet moved forward with the work.
