The planner was amazing! I did have to call back as there were some things missing from the plan, but they came out that same day to correct it. Overall, it went very well.

The customer service, professionalism and quality were all great. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Susan sketched out a plan for a bed in our back yard and helped me select plants within our budget. They delivered and planted these items. They also cleaned up/weeded/etc.. a large bed and mulched everything. Susan was wonderful to work with, she was helpful, responsive and flexible. I plan on using them again in the Spring.

I still get a smile every time I pull into the driveway or go to the mailbox. I feel like the pride of the neighbothood now thanks to Noll landscape!

Susan was very knowledgeable and gave me much-needed feedback about the project. She returned my calls quickly and was available the day the crew came out to do the work. The work crew did a good job and made sure my yard, driveway, and sidewalks were clear of dirt/debris. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Noll was the lowest estimate and it was also evident that they took more time in preparing/looking at the area when preparing the estimate. When they came to do the work, they discovered there was a more serious water issue and I then was able to get builder involved and the issue corrected by the builder. I believe that most contractors would have come out, did what they contracted for, and left. Kathy (Noll's representative) treated me like I was her most important customer and spent a lot of time checking around my house and really helped me keep it together through a rough time! From beginning to completion, Noll treated this small job as if it was their largest.. Because of the extensive digging done the bill was slightly more than original estimate-and well worth it.

Everything was great except the supervision was lacking. I am happy with them and I would probably use them again. I paid $500 and I know I can?t sit there and baby sit the guys but they did not execute what they had discussed with me. I told them to slope the mulch so it goes under the bridge and does not touch the bridge. I didn?t want the brick water to go into the wall but they ended up laying the mulch along my wall. I asked him to come back out and fix it but he was hesitant. Finally I let him go and told him I would sort it out myself. Their price was cheap for the work they did. I will use them again.

I have always felt that they are very knowledgeable about the trees that they were going to be working with. I was pleased that the supervisor was educated about trees and tree trimming. They have always come out right when they said that they would.

It actually went well- because of the weather- too much rain- we had to wait a while but once they got started things were done in an appropriate length of time. We had a question and there was a prompt response. we would certainly recommend them.

We have used them for over 7 years. They are fine. It is an ongoing relationship with them. The response time is good. They keep doing good work. They are responsible.

It was months between when we contacted them and when they got the job done. They never contacted us to update us on when they would be coming - we called them repeatedly. When we finally said it had to be finished by a certain date or forget it, they came on the last day possible.

They were very efficient in all areas and did a good job. ***price reflects monthly fee.

Good Landscape Design but the communication was bad from start to end. We coordinated multiple contractors and had some stay late on a Friday to complete work to allow for planting by Noll on Monday. That appointment as well as many others were rescheduled. Although I understand that bed prep would not eliminate all plants in the area, I did not expect to have to dig out no less than 50 plants (different types) the following spring that were growing into the bed as well as into the grass that was planted in an area that they prepped. Despite my watering, I had several perennials not come back and they are not guaranteed. In the future, I would plant in the spring because I paid for plants that I got to enjoy for 2-3 weeks. Fortunately my new landscape company does guarantee perennials.

Excellent experience! I met with Susan to discuss both specific shrubbery and flower beds I wanted to update with replacements. We also discussed design ideas for trees, patio and landscape design for future installation. She took pictures, measured and listened carefully to what I wanted, as well as made suggestions to me based upon the level of care I was willing to put forth with each plant. Within a week Susan had brought me a formal design and pictures of suggested plants to install along with their specific care instructions. Since I was not completing all of the updates at one time we determined which areas we could address based upon my current budget. Susan was great, a no pressure delightful designer. I would recommend both she and the company's services.

This company was very professional and did a good job. They did clean up after themselves. The job looked very good after they were finished. They went above and beyond what we had asked them to do, as they patched up various areas in the yard.

He is very prompt and thorough. He made sure we were satisfied with their work.

It took a little while to get an estimate and drawing, but they told me upfront they were very busy and to expect it to be a little bit. When I was ready, they were able to add me to the schedule quickly. I didn't have to do ANYTHING.They even took care of calling the utility company to mark where buried lines were.

I had them quote. Didn't accept this one because the price was too high. However, very impressed by their professionalism and courtesy. Will definitely consider them for other jobs.

I went to the store and selected several trees to be delivered. I also called and had an order of mulch added to the delivery. They called me before their delivered the materials. They asked me whether I would be home or where I needed the materials left. I provided them with instructions and it was waiting for me when I arrived. I needed an additional order and I received the mulch the following day.

They provided pretty good service. I would recommend them but you want to make sure that you are specific so that you and they are on the same page with your requests. Make sure you have a list of tasks that you want completed.

It was absolutely terrific. There was excellent planning and execution. They were clean and efficient. They did everything from grading to pulling out old bushes.

Had a great experience with estimate, collaborative planning on design and working through to cost figures I needed to work with. Because I started process later in spring, I had to wait a long time to get the work completed. By that time we had had days of hot dry weather. The lack of rain and high temps. persisted after plantings were done and despite extensive watering (so much so that I got a call from the water company wondering if I had a leak :) ) several plants died from root shock. I asked about replacement, but was advised that could only happen once. I had to decide when to replace. Not knowing much about horticulture, I still don't know the best time to do this. I did not get the requested walkthrough about caring for plants, how to prune, etc., but it may have been due to my lack of consistent availability due to work. Overall I am happy with the work and would definitely recommend them. I will use them again in the future.

We paid a high quality price for high quality work. We got other estimates and are very pleased with our choice. John and the crew made the whole experience very enjoyable.

They were fantastic, they brought out a professional designer, he did everything we asked him to do, he showed us what would look the best for a certain price. I thought that the price was reasonable.

They were very good. They listened to what we wanted. We told them that we wanted low maintenance plants, and they did it. They gave us computer printouts of everything, and they helped everything to fit in and to look good. They were also very timely. It took about a week and a half because it was a huge project. We also had a few plants that didn't make it, and they replaced them free of charge.
