Description of Work: Susan at Noll Landscape Group is wonderful. We used this company to create three large flowerbeds in our backyard shortly after moving in. This review is related to an estimate given to repair and refresh these mostly untouched flower beds and increase the size of one where a playset had been. The drawings were incredibly accurate and expressed my vision for the area. Unfortunately the cost was not an amount we could spend at that moment. Highly recommend

Terrible.
Description of Work: John Lane was quick to respond when I requested that I would like a quote for our front. He arrived on time and discussed what I was looking for in our job. However he told me he would get me a quote written up and emailed to me by the end of the week. Here is it is almost three weeks later with no quote and zero communication from The Noll Group. Very disappointing, what happened to doing your job and being dependable and accountable?

Description of Work: Contacted John Lane and scheduled a visit to my home. He arrived punctually. We discussed incorporating native plants into my backyard/woods. He measured the area, snapped photos and said he would contact a specialist to determine which plants would grow in my environment. He mentioned the lead-time to perform the work was at least six weeks which did not concern me. I have never heard from him.

Due to the nature of your project (seeding and native plant installation) and the timing of when we would have been able to complete the project, our designer had thought that he had communicated with you that the best time for job completion would have been next spring and that he was going to be getting back with you this fall to look at options.
