Description of Work: Bryan of Smith-Mathis arrived about 11:40 am to clean and scotchgard our carpet. After arriving he realized he did not have enough scotchgard on his truck and met another technician to obtain additional product. He was very apologetic and took full responsibility for the oversight. Because of the additional time involved, he gave us a 15% discount on the cleaning rather than the 10% coupon we had. I pointed out some traffic patterns that were especially bad and a few spots. Bryan then began cleaning. When I scheduled the work, I told the gentleman I scheduled with that I was very picky. Well, so are they! Bryan could not have done a better job! My 14 year old carpet looks almost new! Bryan saw things I had overlooked and worked very hard to get spots and stains out. I would never use anyone but this company to clean my carpet! The cleaning and scotchgard process was on over 1000 square feet of carpet. I feel that it was a very fair price for the quality of work performed. I am also very impressed with their customer service focus. It is because of that that I felt compelled to write this review.

Description of Work: We hired Smith Mathis to clean the carpeting in our condominium in preparation for selling it. They were very professional and we will certainly consider using them again. We have moved but we still live in the same general area.

Description of Work: My son spilt an orange sports drink on our new carpet and put a stool over it. By the time I found it, the stain had dried. Smith Mathis came out the next day and was able to remove the spot. While they were there, I had them do some other areas too. That was the second time we used them.

He was very professional and explained what hedid very well. If I had the occasion, I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: We had water problems like most of the city, and they told us they would put us on the waiting list. They got back to us within one hour and the technician came out was extremely professional. He was very prompt. He didn't have enough equipment because he had rented so much out to other people. He suggested that I rent a dehumidifier from another company, and when it was time to return it, he returned it for me because I couldn't lift it. He gave me his personal cell phone number if I had any problems and said to call day or night. The company did their best to make us feel better about the rain storms we've had.

Description of Work: We had some butter stains on a chaise lounge. The company cleaned the chaise for the up front estimate price of $75.00. When they left, things looked good, but as the chaise dried, the spots were still present.
