Excellent. The service team member was on time, professional and got right to work. We have two rooms of carpet cleaned about 600 square feet. It came out great, even the heavy traffic areas. We had not had it cleaned in several years. We also had all of the ceramic tile and grout flooring cleaned, about 400 square feet. This include an entryway, half bathroom, hallway and kitchen area. We had never had this cleaned before and it looks amazing. The grout color is gray and not black! Definitely would recommend and will be using again.

Everything went as planned. The technician arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with his professionalism.

No one showed up. I called the company and they said they forgot to tell the anyone about my appointment! I can't imagine why this company is getting such good reviews. If they cannot remember to make an appointment which had been set up for almost a week, how can you trust them to clean your carpets correctly. What else are they going to accidentally forget to do????

This company is excellent. A friendly, helpful person answers the phone, works with you to schedule the time. I have always asked for Dave as he is always on time, does a superb job and I have been asking for him ever since he cleaned our home at a previous address. I would not hesitate to use this company; every job has been smooth and flawless. Very, very good work.

Excellently. The technician was prompt, courteous and professional. He answered all my questions in a kind and respectful way. When I asked if he could get some chocolate stains out of my front car seat, he cheerfully added that for no additional fee. Everything looks better and everything was done in about 75 minutes.

So thankful to find Smith Mathis! Tim Jones is an A++ service provider! He cleaned 3 rooms of carpet and made them look fantastic. Cleaned a chair and ottoman that now look brand new. Gave careful attention to stretch an area of carpet that will now give it extended life. Definitely will use Smith Mathis again and will encourage others to do so as well.

My wife is very sensitive to smells and their cleaner was easy enough for a baby. I used these guys usually once a year. I always request the same guy to come because he is sensitive to my wifes needs. Each time the price was different but these guys are very fair.
