It was a good experience with this company. I had a lower quote from another company for carpet cleaning, but the other company did not clean tiles. So I called Smith-Mathis back and they matched the carpet cleaning quote from the other company and I could also get my tiles cleaned. The people arrived on time and they finished the job well. Good service!!

They did a great job in getting some very tough stains out of the boys bedroom.

They did an excellent job of removing dirt and stains in carpet. We were were satisfied with their service.

On time, experienced, and capable are the best ways to describe the service. Jim did a great job finding and removing stains from the upholstery. I was very pleased with the service and will call them again.

I WAS PLEASED. I DON'T RECALL EXACTLY THE PERSON THAT WAS HERE. I THINK THAT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THEY WEREN'T PERFECT. THERE WERE A COUPLE OF SPOTS THAT COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANED A LITTLE BIT BETTER THAN WHAT THEY WERE. BUT OVERALL I WAS SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.

I was extremely impressed. One of the owners came to give me an estimate. The worker, Rudy Roman, did an excellent job -- far superior to any cleaning I have had before. I will always use this company.

Rudy Roman, the service technician, was on time and very professional. My wife and I have used this company for several years, and Rudy Roman has been the service technician on at least three occasions. We have been very pleased with the quality of work done by Smith-Mathis and their service technicians. We will use this company again in the future.

They also scotch guarded the carpets. They were very careful with the house. They placed a guard around the doorways so the equipment wouldn't scratch the woodwork.

VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. REMOVED A STAIN THAT HAD BEEN THERE FOREVER. AIR DRIED BEFORE HE LEFT TO ENSURE THE STAIN WAS GONE. PUT DOWN A STAIN GUARD AND THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT. WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY. PRICE WAS FAIR. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE.

They arrived on time, did the work exactly as quoted, were very polite, did not try to sell us extra services, spot treated bad areas before starting the overall cleaning, and did a very thorough job of cleaning the carpets and stairs. We were very pleased, and will use them again in the future.

Excellent! They were prompt and courteous. They took the time to listen to my concerns and propose solutions. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them.

They were very nice and I thought the price was fair. I delivered and picked up the rugs myself rather than pay (I think $50) per trip. Maybe it would have been $35. But I chose to save it and drive over myself. They were very nice and professional, and they did a very nice job.

My carpeting is 10 years old, and I have not had it cleaned very often because I could not find a company or method that made the carpeting look that much better after it had been cleaned. Smith-Mathis is the first company that made it look almost new. We had planned on replacing it, but now I think we can wait. We have a dog that likes to lick the carpeting and leaves marks where she does this, not to mention the accidents she has. Our efforts at spot cleaning made the carpeting look even worse. Rudy, the technician, worked very hard and did a wonderful job! I would recommend this company to everyone.

The carpet cleaner was on time and very kind. He was informative, knowledgeable, and skilled at restretching and cleaning. Carpeting looks great in both rooms. We will continue with Smith-Mathis.

THE 2 GENTLEMEN FROM SMITH-MATHIS WERE POLITE, TIMELY AND FOCUSED. I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO 2 OTHER FRIENDS. ALTHOUGH, WHAT I PAID WAS NOT A SMALL AMOUNT, IT DOESN'T SEEM TO MATTER WHEN THE JOB IS SO WELL DONE. I ALSO HAD THEM TAKE MY ORIENTAL RUGS TO BE CLEANED. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM WHENEVER NEEDED.

JEFF, THE ESTIMATOR & PAT, THE CLEANER, TRIED HARD TO DO A GOOD JOB. WE HAD THEM RETURN TO CORRECT SOME AREAS THAT WERE NOT SATISFACTORY & THEY DID SO & MADE THE CORRECTIONS.

THE SPOTS CAME OUT AND WE WILL USE THEM EXCLUSIVELY. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB.

I WAS RUNNING LATE FOR THE TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT. CALLED SMITH MATHIS WHO CALLED THE TECHNICIAN & ARRANGED FOR HIM TO WAIT FOR ME. VERY ACCOMMODATING. TECHNICIAN WAS POLITE & EFFICIENT AND HELPFUL IN TAKING RUG TO CLEANING SITE.

THIS COMPANY IS THE ONLY ONE I CONTACTED THAT HAD THE EQUIPMENT AND KNOWLEDGE TO DO THE TYPE OF CLEANING NEEDED. THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH ON THE PHONE UNDERSTOOD THAT SPECIAL TYPE OF CLEANING WAS REQUIRED. SOME OTHER PLACES I SPOKE WITH SAID THEY COULD NOT DO THE CLEANING. THE MAN WHO PERFORMED THE CLEANING EXPLAINED THE PROCESS AND SEEMED VERY THOROUGH. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS.
