Jeff came out to our home promptly, gave us a very fair estimate for cleaning our carpets in 5 rooms of our home. We scheduled a time with them, they came on time, were very friendly, clean, and professional. We had badly soiled carpets and after they were cleaned, the carpets now look like brand new! I highly recommend Smith-Mathis to anyone! The pricing was great, service was great, employees were great.

Excellent work, reasonable price. I called on Thursday, the work was done the following Monday. The worker showed up at the appointed time, did an excellent job, and didn't try to sell me a bunch of add-ons (Scotch Guard, etc.) I was very satisfied and will use again.

They arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They were very thorough. They pretreated stained areas on the carpeting and chairs and were very conscientious about doing a good job. We were very satisfied with the job.

Tim Smith did the work. He did a very good job and was customer relations oriented. They had to come back to redo a stubborn coffee stain, which he did the very next day. I had good results.

I had a different company clean my carpets a year ago and they were terrible, all the stains came back immediately. Smith Mathis got all the stains out and my carpets feel ''fluffy'' again. Very impressed with all over job and professionalism from start to finish.

This is the second time we have used them and we have been very satisfied. The last time we had our carpets cleaned we were lured by the direct mail coupons of another company. However, the work was noticeably inferior to Smith-Mathis. We will not use another company again.

Pat Murray arrived on time, explained services, measured rooms, provided an estimate, and completed all requested work. The carpets were thoroughly cleaned on time and at the price we were promised. Pat was very professional and customer-focused. He removed several difficult stains. We will definitely use Smith-Mathis next time.

Pat was the one who did the actual cleaning, and he was both friendly and competent; he was even able to remove bleach stains; I haven't received my rugs back yet, but am confident that they will look as nice as my carpet; I would definitely request pat again.

They are very good. They did the whole house in about 2 hours. The cost is totally reasonable. They are fast and efficient and very personable. They are also thorough and they did a great job.

Service person was punctual, polite and cleaning was reasonably priced. Work was done efficiently and effectively. Weather was very humid on this day and carpets were slow to dry. Carpets cleaned nicely but patience was required before putting furniture back in place.

This company is always great, east to reach, on time, prices before the work is done and does a thorough job. The workman is pleasant and well-groomed. My couches are white and fragile material but they always look great after this company cleans them.

Came out quickly - same day in fact as my request phone call. Tim was very experienced and very thorough. Even old spots which previous carpet cleaners could not remove are now clean. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Jeff Coleman arrived on time and was very personable. He represented his company in a professional manner and answered my questions. Later I called in and booked an appointment. We were also having the house cleaned and when that company arrived, we found out that they were adding carpet steam cleaning as part of their business. We were offered a very good package price on both services, so we went with them instead. In retrospect, we should have used Smith-Mathis and will probably try them the next time we need our carpets cleaned.

They are always on time and they always get the job done to our satisfaction. We've been using them for years. One of their serviceman, Dave generally does our carpets. He is tremendous -- very, very professional.
