I had moved into a new home the same day I called Smith Mathis and was wanting next day service. They were able to accommodate. Tim arrived on time, was personable and knowledgeable, and showed great customer service. He found a few spots on the carpet that needed extra attention that I didn't even know about until he showed me. I would definitely call Tim again for carpet cleaning.

Patrick arrived on time. He was very friendly and gave me some good tips on taking care of my carpet. He did a good job! They gave me a 15% discount.

I bought a used sofa and loveseat and needed them cleaned because the previous owners had pets and my husband and I are allergic to dogs. I was not sure of the material and found out it was microfiber. He arrived on time as requested and performed the work. He did indicate that if the dander was deeper in the cushions, the cleaning would not help. He cleaned them as well as he was able and they look better than when I received them.

It went well. They did a really good job and did what I needed to be done.

"Tim" called to tell me he was on his way, and arrived very close to time. We went around the house together, upstairs and down, and he measured my rooms and looked at my one upholstered chair to come up with an estimate of about $490, from which he deducted 10% for the Angie's List discount I was given. Tim was very personable, and very effective. He found some spots on the stairs that I hadn't even realized were there, and the couple of places where I had noticed spots, as well as the ones he found, he was able to get out easily. The place looks beautiful now, and I couldn't be more pleased. I might mention that as he left, he noticed that my storm door was closing rather hard, and he took the time to show me where there was a screw, even telling me that it required a Phillips-head screwdriver, that could be turned to make the door close more slowly and gently. Going one better, he mentioned that I needed to turn the screw clockwise. What wonderful service! The entire job, including the time walking the floors and preparing the estimate, took about 2 1/2 hours.

Tim was on time and very careful with our furniture and the way he did cleaning extremely reasonable.

Patrick Murray was the carpet technician. He did an excellent job cleaning the living room carpet.

The technician arrived on time, examined the carpet and gave me an estimate including removal of stains. He proceeded to clean the carpet including a final steam cleaning. This is the second time this company has done work for me.

They did a fantastic job. They even parked their truck on one side of the driveway so my wife could get into the garage. Dave Pope was the one that came out and he was just very nice. I was lucky to find them.

The man was friendly and very pleasant and professional. He did a beautiful job cleaning the chair and got every stain out of my rug. He had corner protectors on every corner that the hose would come in contact with. And then he offered to clean the two other large area rugs at no extra charge.

He didn't charge me for the two small spots in the dining room. Was on-time & fast.

The work was excellent. The worker who came out was also amazing. They came out on a weekend, at night, with no hesitations. They went above and beyond what we were expecting.

It went very well. Their were pet stains. They pretreated them.
