I have 4 kids, a dog, and a cat and greatly appreciate the fact that Smith-Mathis takes care of their mess for me.

They came back out on very short notice to help with an additional problem with stretching. They were extremely accommodating. The technician, Dave, bent over backwards for this family.

This company does excellent work from appointment scheduling, estimating, to finishing the task all at a reasonable price. They respond well to special requests, were on time, and worked hard to do a good job cleaning the carpet. I highly recommend them.

Office called and asked if it would be okay if cleaner arrived early, as he was running faster than he expected. We said this would be fine and he arrived at the time indicated. We had moved almost everything out of the rooms already, but he said he had no problem moving the rest of the furniture around himself. He made a thorough tour around and pretreated all spots. He deep cleaned and spent extra time on the problem areas. When the carpet dried, it was soft and fluffy and smelled great again! The area rug came back a couple weeks later, also smelling and looking as good as new.

Smith-Mathis did a great job cleaning and sanitizing our carpet. I called them after a small plumbing issue caused some wet carpet in our basement. They wanted to come out that same day, but I needed to wait until after the plumbing was fixed, so they came out the following business day. Oliver from Smith-Mathis was prompt, thorough, and friendly. He cleaned the carpet so it looks good as new. I will call Smith-Mathis again the next time I want our carpet cleaned. I wouldn't consider calling anyone else.

First time we had used this company. We were completely satisfied. Tim, their technician, showed up on time, was courteous and friendly, spent the time to learn our concerns and what we wanted done, did it, and cleaned up after he was done.

I used this company several times and they always do good work. They come when scheduled, give you a price before the work is done and clean up after themselves. This time I had a new (to me) serviceman, Tim, who did an outstanding job even getting out some old stains. The downstairs carpet looks new!
