It was excellent. We have used them before. They were very professional, did a good job, and were no inconvenience to us.

Lower estimate than I anticipated, much better job than I anticipated! I didn't realize carpet could be cleaned this well and this alters my plans to buy new carpeting.

The technician did a beautiful job. I thought the fabric required dry-cleaning which is much more expensive. The technician assured me it would be safe to use the less expensive steam cleaning method and it was fine.

As usual, Tim Smith did an amazing job. He's the man and one of the best people in the business. I ask for Tim by name!

Tile was extremely dirty from my loving pet dog! By the time the crew from Smith Mathis finished, I learned what color my grout originally was! Would highly recommend this service to others. It performs miracles!

I submitted an exemplary report last September regarding having our carpeting cleaned by Smith-Mathis. During a storm in February we had some ground water come in and within 1 hour Smith-Mathis arrived to take up the water, clean, raise up the carpeting and dry it with their super fans for two days. The work was quick and the results were amazing. This past week we called them for the third time and asked them to clean our carpeting and upholstery. Fantastic. This took about 2 1/2 hours and cost less than $300. They were quite prompt. We've used them a number of times and they've always been prompt and pleasant.

They were on time and did a good job cleaning the carpets throughout my home. I trust them to be in my house, and would use them again.

Called company and was scheduled for cleaning within 3 days. Received confirmation call on day prior to work. Patrick was friendly and efficient. Did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. Removed stains that other carpet cleaners were unable to improve.

They came when they said they would. They did the necessary work in a timely fashion. I can't complain. I have used them before and I would use them again.

Tim Smith performed the work. He was very personable and professional in manner. Took the time to answer my questions and gave me future recommendations for my carpet care.

It went great. I took the rugs in to them and they unloaded them from my car. They said it would take about a week and they called in about 5 days and said the rugs were ready and did we want them wrapped. I told them no, and would pick them up the next day. When I arrived, they loaded the rugs into my car and were very polite about it.

They did a very good job cleaning the carpet and are reasonably priced.

We were scheduled to have our carpets cleaned. The night before they arrived we were picking up small items so they would be able to clean better. We went into our basement to find our carpet was soaked! Apparently the pipe to the humidifier on our furnace had clogged up and flooded about 1/2 of our basement. We called Smith-Mathis immediately, and they recommended just waiting until the next morning, which we did. So the following morning they cleaned up the water problem in the basement, installed some industrial dryers and fans, and then proceeded to clean the rest of the carpet in the house. Our carpets are old, so we didn't expect any miracles, but they did look much better after the work was completed. It helped that it was warm enough that we could open some windows and install some fans to hasten the drying of the carpet. But there was not excessive moisture left in the carpet after extraction. We were very happy with the work and would recommend them to others.

They picked up the rugs when they said they would and delivered them back earlier that expected. They looked great.

I have a dog and had a muddy path from patio doors through living room and up the stairs. This path is no longer apparent. Smith-Mathis did a great job, also moved and cleaned under furniture.

They were very professional and did a better job than others I've used in the past. It was easy to have them here and I have no complaints. I will definitely call them again.

When we got the rug back we were overjoyed with the results. The colors were bright and even the fringe was clean. No one else has been able to do this good of a job on this carpet before. We have called them and asked them to come in to look at the larger rug we have in our great room.

Jim came out, measured the area that needed to be cleaned and then calculated the cost of the job. I have had the same area cleaned before and the cost was twice that of which I was charged; the cost was also pulled out of the air without measuring anything. Jim used a machine that I had never seen before and it did an amazing job. He said because the carpets were so dirty (I have three kids, with two of them under three) with spots, that using this agitator to get deep into the spots would hopefully get the job done. I must say that the carpets have only looked so good before we had moved it. I would recommend this company and this employee to anyone; I only wish that I had found them sooner.

The service was great, they were really friendly and felt comfortable with them here. They were also pretty quick and moved some furniture with no problems.

They advertised 3 rooms for a specific price. What they don't tell you is that they don't move the furniture. They only will clean the open areas which I found to be misleading.

I have used this company many times, and am always pleased with the results.
