This was a rental which had been very abused, including animal urine stains. I had very little hope for it. When they were finished it was like new. Absolutely amazing. They have all my future business.

Came and cleaned our velvet couch after our infant threw up on it. They did an excellent job. Afterwards, the spills seemed to linger on the couch, and someone told me that we should have treated it with Scotchgard (or something like it) after it was cleaned, as the cleaning removed the treatment that was on it from the factory. I wish they had offered that service to us. Otherwise, they did a great job. Came out the same day and the serviceman was very nice. Would contact again.

Again, they did a very good job. Although the carpet was wetter and more saturated than the previous two times. Perhaps they changed their cleaning method. The job was carried out by a new technician so maybe he simply cleans differently.

The tech arrived during the scheduled time period, gave me a reasonable estimate which I okayed, and proceeded to do the job. I was pleased with the results and the technician. He was experienced and professional.

He did a great job. I have a dog with allergies so I'm picky about what they use. They did a very good job and my dog is just fine. It was very safe and efficient.

The technician was very helpful and knowledgable. He recommended dry-cleaning rather than steam-cleaning our sofa because of the fabric. It was definitely an improvement, but not so amazing that I will have it done again for the price. Now we just steam-clean it ourselves.

They work very hard to get out every stain. The carpets looked great afterwards.

They came out right away and provided a fair estimate. The work was scheduled for about 4 days later. The technician arrived on time and performed his duties well. The carpet turned out great. They moved furniture, stretched the carpet where necessary and cleaned all the carpet in the home. He did damage a piece of furniture and they came back out 2 days later, removed it, fixed it and then returned it within 24 hours. It was a great experience.

I have used this company for 9 years because they do such outstanding work. We move all the furniture(except the sofa, bed, dresser) so Dave can clean as much of the carpet as possible when he's here. He is always punctual, very professional, and very pleasant to work with. He turns on the fans that I place around the house and turns out the lights in the rooms when he's done. He makes sure that the hose from the truck is placed on the walk or driveway and NOT on the yard. He's flexible if I have a special request. The carpet looks terrific when he's done!

Our great room is heavily used and due to having light carpeting, it gets pretty dirty. Since the room is large, it is usually pretty expensive to have it cleaned so we don't have it cleaned as often as we should. I was looking for a company with a good reputation and reasonable prices and found Smith-Mathis on Angie's List. I decided to try them and am happy I did! The technician arrived within the time frame given to me and gave me a very reasonable price after I walked him through the room and pointed out various stains (including red lipstick). He offered to move furniture that other companies would have charged more to have moved and did a very thorough cleaning job. The lipstick came out with no problem! After a few days I noticed there was an area of the carpet that dried a light brown color. I called to report it and a technician was sent out the next day. The area was treated at no cost and the discoloration disappeared. The carpet looks great!

I am sensitive to all kinds of fragrance and odors. They offer a cleaning solution that does not leave an odor or use strong chemicals. I appreciated their extra efforts. They even cleaned out their machine before cleaning my carpet.

The job went well from start to finish.

Excellent, worked very hard to successfully remove some dog urine stains. I don't know why I first tried to clean it myself when it was so easy to call them.

Three days after I called for an appointment, Jim arrived on time and about three hours later everything was finished to my satisfaction. There was an additional charge for moving some heavier furniture. We moved all of the smaller items before he arrived. It is a steam/vac process which did not leave the carpeting too wet and everything was mostly dry by evening. Jim moved some pieces back after putting protection under each leg of the furniture. He was professional and congenial and finished the job in a shorter time than I expected.

They did a beautiful job and Patrick was super nice. He came when they said they would and the price was very fair. I was so very pleased. I'd used another company for 25 years and was ready for a change. I picked the right company when I was ready for someone new.

We'll continue to use them. They do a good job. We're really happy with their work.

This was the first time I had used their services. It went well. I do not think they guarantee odor. They told me they would be their at eight and they did not show up until eight thirty but I think they did a good job.

They come when they say they will, they do a nice job and they get out. I was very comfortable having them in my home. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

The person who came to clean the carpet was very conscientious and professional. He also cleaned the mats from my van for me. He was right on time and did a great job. They don't saturate the carpet with excess amounts of water like some other steam cleaning companies have.

While they came and cleaned the carpets they were very professional. They were aware of my pets. They also treated my daughter very nice. They were on time and friendly. They also seemed to have good communication skills.
