Good, service, very professional, good result.

The technician was friendly, neat, careful, and quick. I used an Angie's List coupon to get a reduced price. I've used this company several times, both for wall-to-wall carpeting and wool area rugs. I've been pleased each time and would use them in the future.

I have used them in the past. I have them use essential oils in the solution as the oils ease my allergies. They are very responsive and always do a beautiful job. I couldn't ask for more! My carpets always look great when they are done!

The man who did the work was very very nice. He appreciated the business and was very prompt. He called me back immediately and came when he said that he would and that meant alot because those things are very important.

We have used Smith Mathis for 5+ yrs. We always request Dave Pope for the work. Dave is very thorough and professional. He quotes us the price ahead and it always seems fair. He uses fans to help accelerate the drying process while he is on the job. Our carpets clean up beautifully when he is done. Years ago we had a major pet staining problem in our basement. After inspection of the room, Dave advised us to replace the carpet rather than cleaning it. When the carpet was removed, it was evident that the carpet was not salvageable in the long run. We were glad he did not go ahead and clean it, which would have been a waste of our money. We will continue to use Smith Mathis and Dave Pope as long as their work stays at the level it currently is.

Our service person was prompt and most efficient. We've never had a carpet cleaner work so conscientiously and we were amazed at the result. Our carpet has never been cleaned so thoroughly. We would highly recommend Smith-Mathis to anyone.

Max the technician came on time and thoroughly cleaned the carpets in the hall and kitchen. He was not able to completely eliminate one spot in the hall carpet and said it was due to the product I had used initially to remove the spot (Spot Shot). We have used Smith Mathis before and they do a great job. Since the carpet is almost new I might try have have one section of the hall closet removed and replaced with extra carpet that was left when we had the hall carpeted.

Emiliano Guazzone came early. Went through the house to see what needed to be cleaned. Gave me an estimate and then cleaned the carpets. He was very nice and took his time and did a great job.

Max, the technician, was really great. He was friendly and quick to get the job done. He went out of his way to contact a fellow employee regarding a bad stain we had and although he wasn't able to get it out (fabric softener), he explained everything ahead of time and gave me another option (patching) but said bc of the stain location he wouldn't recommend it. I appreciated his friendly attitude and punctuality (the office had called ahead to see if it was ok if he came a little early!). I was also pleased that I was not being "sold" on other services, add-ons, etc which has happened to me in the past with another company. I have already recommended Smith-Mathis to two friends and will only use this company in the future.

Overall it was an excellent job they performed and I would highly recommend them for any future work.

They are the best we have ever used.

They?ve done a good job every time they?ve come out. At one time they spilled some materials when they disconnected a large sucking hose, and they redid the job. We had three stairways and probably six or eight rooms done. They had a 10 percent off coupon for Angie?s List members. They come in with a truck that I think had a tank of solutions. There were two hoses that came in through the garage or kitchen door. They put bumpers on the corners so as not to scratch the corners of the doorways. They are pretty good at getting dog stains off too.

They showed up when they said they would. They did everything that they said they would do.

Fantastic. Tim Smith, the technician called in advance to advise when he would be arriving. He assessed the job and provided an estimate before starting. He was very conscientous and spent a considerable amount of time to be sure any stains or other problem spots were addressed and really went beyond what was expected. He did an excellent job and I would request him the next time we have the carpets done. The work was done on a Saturday and the company has a $150 minimum on weekends because their technicians are not all working and this had to be by appointment; however, our total cost was a bit over this so it made no difference anyway. The carpeting is approximately nine (9) years old and I did not expect them to be able to get it this clean and pliable. However, the experience provided a pleasant surprise in this regard. I would definitely use this company again.

They were very polite and helpful on the initial call. The scheduling was quick and the service man arrived promptly at my home on the date and time promised. He even worked around some contractors who were providing estimates for work to be done in some of the rooms he was cleaning.

They said they would come out the next day. They showed up on time, cleaned up three bedrooms, an office, hallway, and some steps. They were responsive, professional, and the price was reasonable. I received a 10% discount because of my Angie's List membership.
