I've used Smith-Mathis for the past five years when I moved into my house at Fishers. I typically have my carpet cleaned twice a year. I have a pet that unfortunately vomits on a somewhat regular basis, leaving noticeably stains on the tan colored carpet. Despite my best efforts, I can only get it so clean on my own. After Smith-Mathis comes in and does their work, the carpet looks brand new. I've had 2 or 3 different guys from their crew perform the work over the years and they have all been punctual, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

This company has a "stain specialist" by the name of Ron Butler. He's terrific! Very good a what he does. Great people skills and knows what he's doing. We've changed carpet cleaning companies to Smith-Mathis because of what this Tech brings to the table ... expertise!

First time I've used them but they were recommended by a friend. The fellow doing the cleaning did a great job. No furniture moving was required since we just needed the used areas to be cleaned. Did a great job.

Amazing!!! Dave was on time, that's right near 8 am for an 8-9 am appointment! An estimate was given first based on square footage and then cleaning performed. All done within an hour! Used Angie's list discount... loved the work result!

Did a great job on the couch and loveseat. Very pleased and they look like new. Carpet cleaning was good but wished they had cleaned under a basket on the carpet that could have been moved easily

Ron showed up right on time and got straight to work. He cleaned 3 bedrooms(including closets), 1 hallway, and a family room. The work was thorough; he even spent a bit more time cleaning high traffic areas. Great job.

We had a wonderful experience. Pat Murray was our technician and I would request him by name next time. He was punctual and efficient while cleaning our couch, and was able to give us an estimate on cleaning our grout that day. He was then able to come back the very next day to do the grout. Everything looks great!
