We use them all the time. We love them. They are always on time, which is one thing I definitely appreciate. They will even go through the extra effort of moving furniture that they do not have to move.

I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for grout cleaning and sealing. They were very accomdating in terms of scheduling and arrived on time. While they didn't do a bad job by any means, I expected to be able to tell more of a difference when I returned home after he had cleaned the grout. I wasn't home during the work, but I had expected it to be a manual process, but instead he brought a large vaccuum-like machine that was used. Our house is about 6 years old so I expected the grout to look brighter and cleaned up but I couldn't even really tell that the grout had been cleaned. Maybe it just wasn't that dirty to begin with! :-) The work they did was fine, I just wouldn't use them again for that service since it didn't seem like there was much improvement.

They were just here this morning. They were perfect! They were in and out. They had buffers so that their hoses wouldn?t hurt the furniture in any way. The man who came out to do the estimate, Buddy Smith, was probably the owner. He was polite and helpful. We booked him on the spot. We?ll no doubt hire them again for other spots we?re wanting to take care of.

Have used this company a few times before. Representative arrived on time and was very professional and personable. Performed excellent work in an appropriate amount of time. Will use again.

The work they did was beyond spectacular. They stand behind the quality of work. A few spots appeared a couple a days later. They came back to resolve the issue and the carpet looks great. They go above an beyond to provide the best products and service for their customers. They are currently cleaning my oriental rug.

I called first to get an idea of the cost. It's figured by size in inches. Their prices are not cheap, but they are in line with others who do this work. The rug came home fresh and clean and without the odor it had when I took it in. I am happy with the results.
