We bought this on the Big Deal and they were very responsive. They came quickly and did a nice job.

Smith Mathis cleaned our family room carpet and 2 sets of stairs. They were prompt, professional, and did an outstanding job. The steps are off of the garage and get extremely dirty. They look awesome!

Always call before they came and are always there when they say. The are efficient, professional and respectful of your home and its contents.

Tim Smith came. I always ask for him to clean my carpets. He does a good job even where one of my cats has decided not to use the litter box. He always gives me a 10% Angie's List discount. On time. Works efficiently. Great job.

Overall the process went well. I called late in the morning to see if someone could come out the same day and they immediately called me back with a quote and that a cleaner was available in a few hours. I did not have to move any furniture and the carpet was cleaned in the open areas. The whole job lasted about an hour and the cleaner even wiped the floor where water had dripped before leaving. The price was reasonable and I was generally happy with the results. I did notice a especially dirty spot I wished the cleaner had spent more time going over but I may be expecting a miracle.

I sent them a request for quote and they contacted me the very next business day. They arrived when they said they would and promptly cleaned and re-stretrched our carpet. They also took 3 area rugs with them which they cleaned at their facility. They were ready when we returned from vacation. Overall, they were a pleasure to work with - very professional and prompt. I would definitely use them again!

They did a great job. Both the person who estimated and the cleaner/restretcher showed up on time and were very respectful of our home. I was afraid we had waited too long to have the carpet repaired - but they were able to get it restretched and looking like it had just been laid. They also did a great job cleaning - everything looked wonderful when they were done. Highly recommend.

After a recent visit from a friend's teen-aged son, we noticed a large stain on our sofa cushion. We heard conflicting stories about what the mystery stain might be from... the dog? spilled soda? ice-cream? We contacted Smith-Mathis to make sure they could clean the cushions and then packed up the sofa seat and back cushions and as well as our 8X10 oriental rug (in the same room we thought we might as well!) We were treated by a friendly and professional staff. They looked over the materials and gave us a verbal estimate. Our items were done in 4 days and we were very pleased with the results. The stain had been removed and there was no color loss, which they had indicated might be the case since we did not know what the spill was from. They also gave us a 10% discount as Angie's List members! The price came in right on the estimate. When we picked up our rug and cushions, they were neatly wrapped in paper to keep them clean for the trip home.

They did an excellent job. They were prompt and professional. Dave made a great suggestion on cleaning my stand alone rug, which saved me a lot of money. The price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend them.

They performed the service to the tub area. They did a lousy job. I expected the tile to be shiny and the grout to be cleaner. The results were nowhere near what we expected, and it didn't look too much cleaner.

I had given up on some of the carpet in my house. I asked Smith Mathis to come and take one last crack at it before I replaced it. Pat from Smith Mathis was able to clean stains that other companies couldn't touch, and for much less money. Tremendous!

Very poor customer service from people in office. Complete disinterest in the job and lack of courtesy or follow up. Would not use again as there are too many people and companies that actually appreciate work.

I had the same person in 2009 (Dave). He got a spot up for me that he could not get up 3 years ago.

He did a good job. It looked nice when he finished. He was conscientious. He worked very hard.
