Smith Mathis came to clean my 1400 sq ft home. He did a great job, he was on time and he was very polite. He was very professional, he was thorough got all the stains out I was very pleased with my services.

Our dog had an accident on our couch and we had tried to clean it ourselves but couldn't get the smell out. I called Smith Mathis and they came the very next day and did a fantastic job on our couch! We have had the couch for 10 years and they made it look almost brand new except for a few signs of wear. The technician was extremely thorough, very friendly, and cleaned the couch much better than the last 2 places I had come out and for $30 less. Now our couch smells great, looks super clean, and we are very pleased :) I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for true professionals who go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied!!

The technician was very professional. He looked at the areas and gave an estimate for the work to be done. He explained everything that he planned to do to clean the carpet and chairs. He completed the work and then reexplained all that he had done. He also placed fans in the bedroom areas to help the carpets to dry and gave me times when he thought it would be OK for us to be in the bedrooms and to use the chairs. Given the condition of the carpet and the two chairs, the results were outstanding.

He did an excellent job. He pretreated the heavy traffic areas, then cleaned about 350 square feet of carpet plus 15 steps. The last step was the application of a "sealer" that I assume is supposed to help keep the dirt from penetrating the fibers. The application of the sealer did seem somewhat haphazard and certainly did not cover the entire area that had been cleaned. Still, overall, an excellent job.

Pat showed up on time and ready to work. I showed him the areas to be cleaned and he calculated the price right there on the spot. He moved our two heavy sofas like a pro. He did a great job, and the tough stains came out with no problem. He worked efficiently, finishing in just about an hour. He moved the furniture back to their correct spot and gave me some tips on carpet maintenance.

I have used them before but they always do a great job when cleaning my carpets. They are always polite, professional, and courteous during the entire visit. I will continue to utilize them.

Needed carpets in bedrooms cleaned quickly. Smith Mathis was able to schedule me in on a Saturday to clean the rooms. The technician arrived at appointed time and got straight to work. He did a great job in getting out several stains that had been a problem trying to get out previously. Did Great Job.

My experience was wonderful. They are great. I have used them with my oriental rugs also. They were able to come to my home to clean the couches. They also come by to pick up my rugs, clean them, and deliver them back to the home. They very reasonable priced.

I called on a Wednesday and was able to get an appt to have carpets cleaned the same Friday. I asked for an appt in the afternoon, which I got. On Friday, they called me a couple of hours early and said the carpet cleaner had finished with his morning job earlier than anticipated and asked if he could come earlier. He came earlier. He greeted me professionally at the door. I showed him everything that needed to be done. He figured a quote and told me exactly how much it would be and went right to work. He told me where he was going to begin and explained what he was doing at each step. He took his time and did probably one of the best jobs we've ever had done. The carpets looked great when he left. Ron Lazzell Butler was our technician, and I would probably ask specifically for him again. He was a VERY nice, very professional young man -- who, obviously, cares about the quality of his work.

They did a great job. They came within the scheduled time period and called ahead. They called to give me a reminder the day before. The service technician checked to make sure my upholstery could be wet cleaned as opposed to dry clean. He had me inspect his work and said that after it dried to call if it didn't meet my expectations. He was very professional and courteous.
