Very responsive on the initial call and sent a bid out immediately. They were on time, professional and did quality work. We put in a system due to an inspection during the sale of our home and wanted a painless process. The company was referred through our Realtor, but we checked Angie's List before calling. This was a good provider.

Radon tested high from our new home inspection. Pure Air Environmental came out and installed mitigation fan system. The guys were polite and professional. They worked with me to keep the pipe out of the way in our basement and made extra effort to conceal the fan outside the house. The whole install looked great and took care of the problem.

Very well. The product was installed in a timely fashion and the fan is doing it's job and has gotten my radon down to a very low level. I necessarily didn't need it installed as I wasn't over the 4.0 level but it helped get it down under 1.0. This will help give me more piece of mind that my family is safe.

It turned out really great. They did really great. They came over in a timely manner. They finished everything just like they said they would. Things were functioning properly. I've been very happy with it.

Karen, who took my call, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and gave me confiedence from the beginning. My appointment and service was set up promptly. James and Dan were professional and told me everthing I needed up front without any hidden charges. Price was great. James showed me everything that was done and answered all my questions. I did not like the fact that I had to buy this system as part of a home sale. That being said, they were very professional, their pricing was hard to beat, they were prompt and the installation was clean. There was a mention by the installers that they might charge extra for paying with a credit card, which would have irritated me, but it never came up when I called in to make the final payment.

It went very smooth. They set the test and came back a few days later and then provided me the results with options to fix the situation.

Loved that everything was as Karen said it would be when we talked on the phone. Love when that happens - you actually receive the service you were promised (take a hint ATT)!

They came out today and installed my system. The Big Deal I bought didn't apply, since I already had the piping, so I just paid them directly and am getting a refund for the Big Deal. They were so great. I bought the deal and in less than 24 hours, they were doing the work at my home.

I purchased a Big Deal with them and it was just for an estimate. They were very professional and they did a good job. I had bids from five top rated Angie’s List contractors and their price was the best.

Karen was helpful in explaining how things work and when to expect the results. She emailed me the mold and radon reports on a Saturday, which was a pleasant surprise. They seem like a good business to deal with, would recommend.

From start to finish, everything was explained in full as to what to expect. Karen kept in constant touch with me. Very professional and seemed very knowledgeable about the business but the Broad Ripple soil as well. 5 stars out of 5 !

They were great! We were selling our home and it tested positive for radon. The company sent 1 tech and it took him a half day to do the work.

The results were over 3 times the recommended level, so we researched companies and found Pure Air to offer the best price for the product and the warranty included. The sales rep gave a thourough estimate and the installers came right on time and completed the installation in the time that was stated.

They called me promptly to set up a time to leave the test at our house. Then came back a few days later to take the test for lab results. Test was picked up in a timely fashion. Test results emailed to us. Very helpful, easy to work with!

We called a couple companies for estimates. Pure Air Environmental was priced competitively. We were impressed with the professionalism, quality of the explanation of what would be done and what to expect. After the evaluation we were able to set an appointment within a one week. Technicians came out (as promised) and installed a fan, sealed the sub pump area and wired up the electrical. While installing on our newly built home they found that the live wire was not there. They took care of this and finished the job with the agreed estimate and no additional charges. This company has FAR EXCEEDED our expectations. This is a family owned and operated business (No-Subs). I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone wanting this type of work done. If I could give them a higher rating I WOULD! This company still understands what customer service is and what standing behind your work means...THEY HAVE THE INTEGRITY ANY HOME OWNER WOULD WANT IN A COMPANY!!

Punctual for both the estimate appointment and the work (even arrived early). Very accommodating as they knew the work needed to be done to ensure a timely closing on the sale of the home. Worked around our schedule as to not interfere with other contractors and movers. Very professional at all times!
